Had a wild ride the last year, but once I understood how the platform ticks, it all made sensed the profit has been extremely good, and I'm clearing a few thousand euroto my bank monthly.
The trick is to ensure all investments are in the new platform. You may notice that all reviews are super good or super bad.
The bad are the ones who don move their investment to the new platform so payment are slow, I was that guy, but I migrated to the new platform in October and it has been perfect since! These are the 5 STAR REVIEWS!
The reason is the new platform is prioritised because it is automated and If there is left over, the old platform gets returns. The have and have to, so I hope to help everyone who has pending payment in saying if you want the investment to work perfect with loans that are under licence MIGRATE TO THE NEW PLATFORM and it will be a dream.

There were some issues in migrating pending payments now, but support helped me. Slowly getting paid after a 1.5-year hiccup.

Withdrawals now possible on a monthly basis.

Pending payment must be a misnomer Never Payment. I have been writing them since May 24. I always get responses such as:" ok, funds from LMV1 will be transferred soon to your LMV2" etc...while giving you the opportunity to request payment in installments. the message:" you can access our next Pending Payments schedule via our priority request form:" Such installments amount to 70€ here, 80€ there, with a few months apart. I write this comment in feb 25 and the bulk of my account still frozen. They claim it is not frozen, however they fail to mention under which covenant they freeze my money under. As per the option they provide, that is to re invest the money you have on you LMv1 with their auto invest option my reply is a "no thanks" give me my money. Stay away from this platform

With the new version 2 of the platform, everything is working smoothly. The improvements are noticeable, and the overall experience has been great. I also contacted customer service, and they were very helpful, responding quickly and professionally. I’m really satisfied with the service!

I’ve been investing with LenderMarket for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. Like many investors, I encountered issues with pending payments, which was a concern at first. However, from what I see, they are actively working on resolving this, and the situation has been improving.
The platform itself recently went through a major overhaul, which has made it more user-friendly and modern. The new design and functionality are definitely a step in the right direction. Deposits and withdrawals have been smooth for me, and the returns remain competitive.

I have money stuck in pending for more than a year. Even pending payment interest has not paid. It has to be renamed to Pendingmarket as everything there is pending (pending payment, pending payment interest, pending transfer, pending withdrawal). Recently they have started to pay pending payment interest per week, so now the total pending amount is not increasing, but nobody knows for how long this would be and when it would start decreasing.
Re: of course I contacted support and answer was that they don't know when I will receive the money in pending but I should be happy that I will receive 18% per annum of interest on pending payment amount (which is just added to the pending payment interest amount becoming a pending "pending payment interest").
Re2: So what's the problem? Just pay to someone by my name all pending amount (and to everyone else)?
Upd: now they restricted me from viewing my pending payment statement for two weeks already. Page just returns http code 403 which means Unauthorized. All the other pages are working fine. Support just told that they have passed this to the IT team, but 10 days have passed and nothing has changed and no updates were provided. Support keeps silence and not responding to my queries.
Upd: month has passed - still no access to pending payment statement. Support responded in a week that they have fixed the problem but it is a lie as for me nothing has changed. I have told that to them. Again silence. Also they have paid some principal despite that they have unpaid more than 1000 EUR of pending payment interest which should be paid in full first. But for them it is just a money they could block end use how long they want to.

Lendermarket has improved a lot in the last months. Payments have been really regular and support is very prompt to react to issues.

Fast and good help. Problem solved immediately.
Which unfortunately doesn't work at all with RoboCash.

Above average returns, pending payments now being received every week, very happy I get a regular income

Lendermarket just holds onto your money, but never pays back. Even when you reach out to them to get an explanation, they claim that it's not their fault, but the banks' fault, even though they keep on working with the banks that they claim are responsible.

Just avoid.
Invested capital in Excess of 10k and I can't withdraw the money. They give about 20 euros / month only and the cs is useless.

Very Happy with everything. Nice website, fluent, easy to learn and operate and high interest rate. I feel secure using Lendermarket and that's what I wanted so, very good.

I have the same problem like the others. My pending payments are stuck for more than a year. I need the money but I get really small amounts once per month which means it will take 5+ years to get my money back.
Please answer me when are you going to release the whole amount of my pending payments ?

Originaly I gave 1 star because it took almost 1 year for my pending payments to arrive, I had around 15k in PP. Recently I received those payments and the extra money from waiting for those payments was also paid. So I'm changing my review to 3 stars because of the insane amount of time It took.

My experience with this crowd-lending platform started on a deeply frustrating note. For months, my pending payments were withheld despite multiple assurances that the issue would be resolved quickly—especially since the amount was less than 1,000 euros. During that time, support responses were unhelpful, offering repayment schedules with minimal amounts and pushing me to reinvest under restrictive conditions, such as loan terms starting at a minimum of 12 months.
However, things took a turn for the better after I connected with Nicholas from the support team. His assistance was efficient and professional, and after a few emails and some waiting, the situation was resolved. My pending payments became available, I successfully withdrew part of my funds, and I was able to reinvest the rest.
As a result, I’ve updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. While Nicholas's support deserves recognition, the platform still has room for improvement—especially in its overall customer service and handling of idle funds.
For now, I’m cautiously optimistic and will consider continuing to invest in this platform in the future.

Warning, all the money you give to Lendermarket you have lost and will never get back. All my over 10k are in pending state now already over one year!!!
Keep away from this scam!!!

100% of money are in pending payments. They don't want to pay out. I've reached out to support, all they did they laughed away my requests. There's no transparency. You'll never get a straight answer when they will get back to you, when they will return your money. I was getting back some money, while I was still investing some of them back. I've stopped completely investing and they completely stopped returning my money. Only course of action now remains is a litigation.
