My wife was unfortunately involved in an accident this week and we were directed through to Lemonaid Legal via our insurance. The service and helpfulness I received whilst making the claim has been faultless, and made a stressful situation much easier. I would have no problem recommending their services, five star all round.

Kaen was excellent and really helped me with the process of starting a claim.

Obviously, no one wants to get involved in a traffic accident but it has happened to me recently and I can confirm that Lemonaid has always been there for me, very professional and friendly approach, helpful and always updating with the process.

Due to have to experience the self centric and greed of Lemonaid, I have to advise people to remember that 'our ' insurance is not here to really help us. They are here to make money, by any means.
My car got hit from a manic, got compounded, despite being drivable correctly. I was left in the dark, waiting them to make money, through recovery, storage .. Tgey wasted my time.
I had to take back my case and, use the third party insurance for being sorted out.

Excellent, helpful and very courteous and efficient. A real person to speak with!

I can’t thank mollie wright enough for her amazing help she provided me today when calling to report my car accident…. I was still struggling with anxiety and stress and panic after being involved in a car accident that left me without my car to collect my son from Milton Keynes from his dads and picking up my sister and 2 small children from the train station as she had travelled from Leeds to visit our very unwell nan ….
My car is my life line with school drop offs and pick ups and after school clubs and my work which I wouldn’t be able to do without a car as I travel far to get to work every day ….
After Having to move further away from work and school due to financial difficulties made me panic at the thought of no transportation as there is only 1 bus every hour from my village ,making it difficult to travel to school and work every day without a car… but mollie kept me calm and reassured me that everything is going to be ok … I’m going through menopause at the moment and I now struggle massively with day to day pressures ,so having to make a call to the insurance company was a real challenge due to the anxiety I now experience. But I’m so grateful Mollie answered my call . She was patient with me as I was also trying to sort out my situation with my son and sister travelling to the train station back to Leeds and having to rely on friends to pick us up and mollie just was amazing and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden….
She definitely deserves to know she has put my trust and faith back in customer service..

Waste of time, can’t believe price I’m paying for Insurance to get this kind of service ! No fault claim 4 weeks ago still no replacement vehicle! They also like to swear before putting the phone down.
