So happy I switched from Nationwide pet insurance to Lemonade. They are fast and accurate, they make it truly easy when you are faced with unexpected challenges. Thank you Lemonade! I will be contacting you to talk about switching my auto insurance as well.

I have had lemonade for a year and a half and have never had any issues with them. They have always covered what they said they would and approved claims within a few hours. They are easy to work with and I would highly recommend them!

I never thought I'd have one of my best customer loyalty moments with an insurance company, but Lemonade has been amazing with pet insurance. After a $3,000 bill when a cat passed a few years ago, and a $2,000 bill for a more recent injury to another cat, I'm all in.

Super easy to file a claim in app in less than five minutes and they approved 90% payment instantly. When dealing with the heartbreaking moments of seeing your fur babies in pain, the steep bill is a further gut punch. Nice to know it doesn't have to be that way.

We adopted Sunny as a 5yo and decided to get pet insurance. I spent weeks researching and ended up going with a Lemonade plan with a $250 deductible and 90% coverage thereafter for $70/mo back in January 2024.

In Dec 2024, Sunny was diagnosed with IBD. Since then, she had multiple flare ups that required expensive bloodwork, prescription meds, and lots of vet visits. We're talking thousands of dollars. They covered everything I expected them to cover. Honestly, the only thing we didn't have coverage for was prescription food. Everything else was covered.

They did increase our premium to $103/mo at our annual renewal, but I wasn't too upset given how much they had covered.

In March 2025, she had a three-day ER stay that cost $3,500. They approved it all in 48 hours.

But even more important than that is how easy it was to say yes to the treatment plan at the ER because I knew Lemonade had our backs. When you are in a stressful situation like that with your furry best friend, the peace of mind you get from being able to give them the best course of treatment is immeasurable.

I was certain they would either drop us or greatly increase our premium when it came up for renewal in December 2025. Instead...our premium went down slightly to $101/mo.

Last Saturday, when I was at the ER with Sunny and she was being diagnosed with pancreatitis and possible liver failure, I again was so grateful that I was able to say yes to everything the vet wanted to do to try and get her better. My husband and I didn't have to have difficult conversations about what we could and couldn't afford. We didn't have to remove things from her treatment plan. We can rest easy knowing that we did absolutely everything to try and make our girl better.

Unfortunately, Sunny lost her battle on Monday. I submitted the over $7k ER bill to Lemonade that afternoon, and it was all approved today. No fighting over line items. No questioning what was necessary. Just paid promptly.

I recently made my first claim. The process was super easy, and the claim was settled within hours. I couldn’t be happier!!!!

My agent was absolutely awesome. It’s just the first time I’ve ever had to make a claim in my renters insurance life and I’m 50 years old so he was patient and kind empathetic and really gave me hope for the things that I lost.

I have lemonade insurance for my two Italian Greyhounds. My youngest who is 2 and 1/2 years old suffers from bronchitis. After dealing with office visits and different medications for six months we finally decided to get an endoscopy and bronchoscopy to try to get to the root cause. I can't be happier with this insurance. $2287 bill and it paid for over $1,800 of it. I think my deductible might be $250 or $500, I don't remember but I've only had one deductible for this which is awesome. I think my original premium was $30.50 give or take and now it's only $33 per month, So it didn't go up very much after the first year. My second Italian greyhound we just added to our family 2 months ago. With the discount for having two dogs she's only $27 and change per month.
It's so easy to make claims. I go to their app. Take a picture of the doctor's visit details and the vet notes and boom, claim paid and it's in my bank account in a day or two. Would recommend this insurance for any pet owner. We didn't get coverage for wellness checks. We just wanted to be covered for major issues since Italian Greyhounds when they're young can be prone to broken legs. I'm not somebody that writes a lot of reviews but I'm really happy with this product and so glad that we have it. Thank you, lemonade.

I was misled and lied to when signing up for Lemonade. Promised 90% reimbursement for routine check ups. Only to find out later they cap reimbursements at 150$. Total scam. Might as well save your monthly payment and pay for things yourself. You'll save money.
