Not worthy

The company is from last century, very unsatisfied experience. If you want to return anything you are charged extra for a postage to Slovenia. When you return you don’t receive the same amount back because they are transferring EUR even though you paid in CZK. When you asked immediately after finding out to change back account - too late. Shipment received 14. December and until I wrote an email 5. January nothing was happening. I understand that there can be delays because of Christmas - communication is something to be improved. Maybe that was the intention to forget..
The one item I thought I could keep got holes after one day of wearing.
I won’t purchase anything in the future.
