Ordered a part from website, which in the pic was made up of 3 items, when ordering i was asked to input my delivery address, order went through then received an email from this company asking for an extra £9.54 for delivery, which made this item more expensive than others on internet, i agreed to pay this but unhappy this was the case.
Item arrived only 2 of the 3 items i thought i was getting arrived, and item was damaged, so have made contact and to advise i was a part missing and what has arrived was damaged, i have been advised that although the website shows the 3 parts i wanted they only supply the 2 parts ( they need to update website to show this, trading standards would be interested, false advertising) they have advised the can swap the damaged part, but i have advised to collect all items and issue full refund for items and carriage.. word of warning- Make sure you clarify what you are ordering is the same as on website and to check that their extortionate carriage is included, or just buy cheaper elsewhere
