It’s a scam! Please don’t buy from them! My order never got shipped and their provided contact details aren’t working..

My experience was great because I really wanted the item I ordered. I had gotten a smaller size from Gilt and needed a larger size. Gilt ran out of the item so I had to return it. My husband said to just go on the internet and look for the dress and I found out FashionMall had it in the size i needed. So thank you for solving my small problem.

This is a Scam. I have ordered 12 items in two days over 45 days ago but never received any item. Their fake Tracking service (no name delivery service, like Fed-Ex or UPS) shows that these items were delivered. Their delivery time shown on the Tracking information was when I was out there in my front yard with my dog for an hour. We also have a camara which shows no one delivering anything. I have contacted the customer service and they have been jerking me around, when I am asking for my money. No money so far. Please don't waste your money and time by ordering anything from the.

On 8/20 I placed an order for what was supposed to be Maurice. They took me for 300.00 up till yesterday tracked package to Indianapolis. Then today tracking no good. So I did some research. I got scammed.

Complete scam, they even sent a fake tracking link , wish I could post a picture.

If I could give a negative 10, I would. This is 100% scam, and yes I fell for something they were using not only a legitimate name, (SUNDANCE..they added Living) but they were using the same products that SUNDANCE was using in thier close out sale. So yes, big fat WARINING - THIS IS A SCAM.

Company is a scam. Should’ve known when they didn’t charge tax. Ordered some good R sunglasses which never came. I really wish they would take them off Facebook. I am not the only one. My bank is refunding my money, but that doesn’t stop them from others. Beware!

I ordered frim what I thought eas Coldwater Creek. Almost immediately I got a fraud alert from my bank that there was a fraudulent charge to "vclothing fashion mall". I called and had the charge cancelled. It is disgusting that they use legitimate sites for their fraud

Placed my order on June 2, 2025. I thought i was ordering from Lane Bryant. It was a Facebook add. I followed the tracking of the package. On July 4, 2025 tracking said my package had been delivered. Yea, well the post office is not open. Its now July 9th. No package. I have emailed "customer service " twice. A bot replied. I am never getting my order.
No stars at all.

SCAM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT MY ORDER. They used Amazon warehouse.com so I thought it was legit. Phone number doesn't work, another scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I had $ 40 dollars taken from my account for sale items with. “GAP”. Company but NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED!! No way to contact you??? So this is another scam???!!

I never recieved my items. Thet tracking number given doesn't exit. I tried sending an email, the company does not have an legitimate email. I ordered in mid December. I think I was scammed.

I needed to return an item so I followed the correct procedures listed. I received no reply and now I’m stuck with my item that had arrived damaged.

Trash. I ordered something over a month and half ago and still haven’t received it. I get the run around about refunding my money and to just wait for my package. Do not use them they are trash and i probably got scammed.

The whole company used The children Place for a scam i order back in November its now Dec 12 no response this company is taking people money & no merchandise then they delete your order & the number so you cant pull them up. I will be reporting you all to BBB and states attorney office because i work hard for my money not to be scam/fraud out of it. I am going to report you all to Children Place telling them you all are using their name to scam people.

I ordered my granddaughter clothes since Nov 9, waited a week. Git track number said no order, contacted them they said it was shipped. Waited another week, tracked and stated no order. Contacted them again they sent me a copy stating in la and needs to be cleared, gave the another week, stoll no package. Contacted them again Nov 27, 23 informed them if my package was not in by the end of the week, that I was going to repot them to BBB, the company "Children's Place" because that is who the used as advertisement and retain a lawyer. Their response was "I am sorry". No we will reshit and investigate or we will refund your money.
Today is Dec 3rd, 23. Contacted to investigate as a fraud and will proceed with BBB and Children's Place. It is sad that companies or people would take advantage of people. Everyone is struggling and trying to find the best way to live day by day.
