I do not want a membership- however money has been drawn from my bank account, I want it to STOP and have contacted my bank of course who unable to help. I have been signed up and scammed by this company !! I have never received goods

Refuses to give back refund but don't tell u taking out money in first place

The site is good. I just never wanted to sub to the service. I unwillingly subbed cause I got scammed from an ad that wasnt even from the site. That's all. As long as I am unsubscribed I am fine now

I don’t know what site is this and I didn’t make any payment or subscription so someone else used my card probably! I don’t know what to say but I tried many times to cancel this subscription but they took money from my card! But at the end I received an email regarding the refund so at least I can see they’re not are scammers.

Very happy to have been listened to after having unknowingly signed up for a membership with this company. They responded within 1 week to resolve the issue I had.

Complete scam. They bind you in a subscription which I did NOT accept and they refuse to send you any receipts, unsubscription, or cancellation emails. Their chat agents are complete gaslighters. Keep away for the love of whatever gods you believe in.

After a telephone conversation with their customer service I was given an apology and promised a refund of amount taken. I was pleased with the way they handled my complaint and for that reason I'm reassessing my rating. Thank you Ayla Escalation Team.

Edited June 25th: Company reached out to me and have reassured me that I will not be charged again... unfortunately sum charged will not be returned. I will keep you updated .

I was also unnecessarily charged with a subscription that I did not consent to. They said my subscription was cancelled but could not refund me my money. NeVER signed up to their site. They NEVER send me an email to communicate. I never used their coupons. BEWARE TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!!!

leisuregood.com is BIG FRAUD company. They cheat you. On facebook, they have promoted page with www.bauhaus website linked to some add, then when you choose the product its going to payment gateway where you will not see anything related to bauhaus.dk. Later on I have been prompted to pay 16 DKK, soon after 2000 EURO, that was very suspicious. They have charged my bank unnecessary. When I visited chat room in leisuregood.com, they are responding with fake information. They are saying member subscription is cancelled, where I did not purchase any subscription, everything they send me 48 Euro invoice. BIG FRAUD KINDLY STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
