At first cashier gave me wrong change, but then she has accepted her mistake and gave me the right amount. Overall satisfied
Ordered Lego gift vouchers on the 4th December. Lego advised order was shipped but did not provide any tracking information.
As at 16th December still no vouchers and no response from any of Lego's "super helpful Lego experts" as advised in their mail dated 12th December! Order no Txxxxxx175 refers.
Cool website and company. Brings up plenty of memories and make me feel nostalgic when I visit the site.
my childhood memoris are with lego :D Wish I was a kidtimes when only playing eheh...
now I buy them for my kids, it helps develop spatial thinking and foster analytical skills as well in a very very entertaining way
New packages are better, with new motors and wheels added, more flexibility to built things, imagination knows no limits with them:)
Great visit to LEGO House in Billund.
We went to LEGO House in Billund for a birthday and unfortunately we had a car breaking down and could not make the booking for our visit to LEGO House.
We reached out to their customer service who where incredibly helpful and reschudel our tickets.
When we arrived at LEGO House we where received with freindly and welcoming personal and throughout the entire visit.
They provided a lot of knowledge about LEGO and showed interest in their guests.
If you are considering a visit this will not be a disappointment.
This January, my husband and I got married, and among the most touching gifts we received from our beloved family and friends was a trip to LEGO House.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were overwhelmed, not just by the sheer creativity on display, but by the sense of welcome, wonder, and joy that fills every corner of LEGO House. It’s not just a building filled with bricks; it’s a celebration of imagination, love, and freedom to be exactly who you are. We felt that with every step we took.
Every exhibit, every build zone, every little detail is a reminder that magic exists, and it lives in creativity. The moment I reached the top of the LEGO Tree of Creativity, I burst into tears. It was a wave of emotion, the joy of being there, of sharing this as a married couple, and of realizing that LEGO House truly is a space where everyone is free to dream and build their own world, regardless of age, background, or anything else.
I picked up the Magical Unicorn LEGO Creator set from the shop, a perfect souvenir that felt symbolic of the magic we experienced and the joy LEGO House invites everyone to create in their own way.
If you’re wondering whether LEGO House is worth it: Yes. A thousand times yes. Whether you’re five or fifty, LEGO House reminds you that creativity is timeless. There’s no pressure, no expectations, just a place to have fun, to be inspired, and to feel joy.
Thank you, LEGO House, for being exactly what the world needs more of.
A great day out if you enjoy building, playing and learning!
BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR PURCHASES!! I made a purchase on February 15th in the amount of 68.00 pounds soon after the purchase was paid for it was canceled by LEGO and until today they have not refunded me the money, a month has passed and until now I have not received the refund my money!! This company does not respect its customers! I've contacted you several times by email and so far no one has resolved anything!!!
The Lego house itself is absolutely great, what a beautiful museum! Gorgeous!!! But please don’t bother to go and visit the “mini Chef” restaurant. What a waste of money! Our kid liked the whole “robot” idea (and it was not all that…) But the food is like airplane food but even worse, almost no service and super expensive. We paid more money to the crappy food than the entrance of Lego house! (83€ for 3 “meals”!!!) Pasta was undercooked, chicken was raw, meatball sauce non existent and the “vegetables” I wouldn’t even give to my pet rabbit.
So the Lego House itself was awesome but the food was horrible, free tip: bring your own food because even the “home made” cinnamon roll was undercooked and hard like a lego brick..
Seriously Lego, you CAN’T serve people food like this!!!!
My daughter and I had the best time here.
