I was delighted with the prompt service iI received, but when the strip light bulbs arrived they were 5w (50w equivalent) and not the 6w (60w equivalent) which I ordered. The delivery note actually stated they were 6w. However they are adequate for the what I need, so no need to have them exchanged.

Higher output bulbs. Note with purchase stating that they were incorrectly packaged and were greater output which suited me more so was very pleased to read this. Suppliers offer to refund if I wasn’t happy which was honest. I would recommend the product and the supplier to anyone. I will use again.

I ordered 4 x 2.0W ceramic LED lamps, I was a bit confused initially about the 2.0 and the 2.5W, but now understand that there really is no difference. It is a minefield finding the right light bulbs, having originally ordered 4 from another website, only to find that the ceramic bulbs are different from the glass ones. Now, however, I have found the right ones, they arrived quickly and the ceiling light looks a lot better. A very good service
