Item not received, not to mention refund. Telephone number doesn't work, emails bouncing back.

first lamp developed a fault after a few months
dealt with quickly by company - immediately sent replacement

These people are rip-off merchants. Do not order from them. We sent money in October and since then there has been nothing from them and their telephones do not answer. BEWARE!

I have paid for lighting. Not received anything. Numerous calls (to a number that no one answers). Numerous emails (no replies)

Never received goods nobody answered emails or phone bank refunded money would not buy a penny chew off them !!!!!!!!

Company never delivered my order, or responded to my phone calls or emails yet took the money immediately. Don't buy anything from this company unless you want to throw your money away. I have reported them.

Did not receive item. Found out by making a lot of phone calls to other units on the industrial site that they had gone into liquidation. I then had to get PayPal to sort out the problem which unfortunately I had to go through the correct channels, which took weeks. But eventually received a refund. Quite discussed with this company as they must have know when I placed my order that they were shutting up in 3 days and not reopening.

Never recd item. Impossible to contact company despite making numerous attempts. In the end claimed money back from the credit card company.

Took our money, but no goods and not possible to get in touch with them. Had to reclaim our refund through the credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two lights and still not arrived and no refund. Contacted trading standards!

Nothing but trouble! I placed my order and they took my money. After one month and three emails asking for a delivery date and also ringing the phone number on their website to no avail I had no communication from them what-so-ever. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they took over and eventually got me my money back.
Avoid them like the plague you will not get your goods!!!!!!!

Took my order and payment but did not deliver goods. Did not reply to emails or telephone calls. Fortunately I had paid by PayPal so invoked their dispute procedure and received a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They took my money, but never supplied goods.
I placed an order on 12th Oct. with a stated delivery time of 2 – 8 business days.
12 days later (24th Oct.) I emailed requesting update re the order. No reply, on 28th Oct. I emailed again…no reply, I tried calling….no answer….It is now 23rd Nov. and I have NO received delivery of goods and NO replies to my enquiries. Is this THEFT??
I have since requested my credit card company to pursue this/refund on my behalf…

Unfortunately to make this review actually work I had to give one star but it should actually be zero stars.

Paid online for new strip light bulbs. Never received them... never heard from the company... tried to call them and email them but zero response. Absolute shower! Don't waste your money.

I believe this company has creased trading, the telephone number is to a dead line, the website is still on the web but my advise is not to enter into any purchasing from them

I called them, discussed my needs, they took my money.........then nothing. I never received my goods.
