Excellent! I sent 2 emails asking for further information and both were answered promptly. Having then placed the order, it arrived very quickly and is as described. I cannot comment on longevity of bulbs as only just received but they have a guarantee and were a very good price. Would recommend seller.

The 4 LED R80 Energiser Refector bulbs arrived well packaged and are now working perfectly. . Quite a bit cheaper than the local DIY stores prices - - even with the shipping costs, which I try to avoid whenever possible.
A note concerning the brightness level of the bulbs was included, which showed LEDSmiths took welcome interest in the sale and performance of their products. I would buy again from this supplier.
