Incorrectly labeled product and shipping from france from a .ca website. Sure they accepted my return request but i barely get my money back after duties and then return shipping to france. Not satisfied. Will not buy anything from them again.

Not Vehicle Specific Bulbs
Ordered D2R bulbs which don't fit the light socket and the holder wouldn't hold the bulb in even if it fitted the socket. There based in France. The bulbs went straight in the bin i couldn't be bothered returning them.

Bad Experience
I bought the "Pack LED daytime running lights (xenon white) for Ford Mustang VI (2014 - 2023)" for my 2015 Mustang, however no matter how hard I tried, they just would not fit into the light. I was able to remove and refit the OEM bulbs without any issue.
I contacted LEDPerf and eventually was offered a refund, however they refused to refund the cost of the original shipping or the return shipping, and this is where you need to be very careful, as despite they fact that they have a .co.nz website, the products are not shipped in NZ, they in fact come all the way from France, so as you can imagine the shipping is prohibitively expensive, and this is very miss-leading. I now have 2 bulbs that are totally useless. Total waste of money and time. Be warned, I would definitely recommend not dealing with this company.
UPDATE 18/02/2026:
LedPerf have now come to the party thanks to Geoffrey and fully refunded my money after providing proof of destruction of the bulbs. Thanks again Geoffrey

Not actually free shipping
We purchased this item for a Christmas gift because it was exactly what our son-in-law was looking for, plus it was supposedly free shipping. The order was placed the end of October. Then 3 months later we receive a bill from Fedex for $75, more than half the cost of the product. How can you claim free shipping without disclosing potential tariffs/duties, etc... was very misleading. Will never purchase from here again. Plus it is winter time, hopefully there is nothing wrong with it.

However, we would like to clarify an important point. The charges you received are customs duties and import taxes, not shipping fees charged by our company.
Shipping was indeed free, as advertised and as shown on your order.
Please note that U.S. import regulations changed a few months ago, following decisions taken by the U.S. administration. Until recently, orders below $800 were exempt from customs duties, which is no longer systematically the case. Unfortunately, these fees are imposed by U.S. customs authorities and carriers (FedEx), and are completely outside of our control.
Orders are correctly invoiced excluding VAT, as clearly indicated in your shopping cart, your order confirmation, and your invoice.
During checkout, customers are asked to confirm that they have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions, which explicitly state that for non-EU deliveries, local taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Purchased led bulb for bmw rt. First arrived but not compatible even though website indicates it is. Second came as replacement but broke, fell apart in lens holder after a few months. Photos attached. Extremely poor service and even worse quality of product. Order #1964138
Never again ! No service recovery wanted.
