Ordered a full LED kit for my 2015 Honda NC750X, which included the headlight bulb, front indicators with DRL, rear indicators with brake light and the brake light bulb.

Here's how everything went:

Ordering is fine, payment too, website is a bit dated compared to the experience you get with Shopify or higher end solutions, but is was fine.

Delivery was ok, not especially fast with the order placed on the 27th of June and the delivery happening on the 3rd of July. Packaging was overfall fine; the headlight bulb was in a cardboard box with padding, the indicators were in a cardboard box with the 10W resistor but no padding and the brake light bulb was simply tapped to the invoice in the middle of the box...

The headlight bulb is indicated as "plug&play" on the website, truth is you need to alter your bike by drilling a hole into the dust cover to fit the it. You'd need to buy a new one if you ever change your bulb. The bulb is cooled by an external fan, which means you have a long cable coming out of the headlight instead of the original socket, good luck tidying the 30cm long cable in your front-end area.
To fit it you need to unscrew a connector, cut a hole through the dust cover, pass the unconnected cable then tidy and reconnect everything, sadly the connector just broke the first time I disconnected it rendering the entire bulb unusable and I had to re-solder one myself. The instructions provided for this installation are utterly useless, you're better off finding a guide on a random forum than using the 3 blurry pictures and 6 sentences they provide you.

The rear brake bulb was fine, zero instruction given and the installation is not particularly easy on the Honda NC750X but with the help of a guide online it went fine. You pay a premium for a "plug & play" bulb, but in reality you just get a random bulb with no instruction. This could be a generic one you wouldn't see any difference.
4/10 because you pay a premium for nothing in return, not even a proper packaging. But it works.

The most disappointing product was the indicators. First of all, there is zero instructions for the bike itself, no specific cables so you'll need to splice the existing cables yourself. It's sold as indicators for your bike, at a premium price, but the experience is the same as any other random indicator. They do not even provide the plastic adapters to fit the indicators to the frame, they are too small and just fit right through the hole made for the old indicators... So what's the point in paying 50-60€ for a pair when you get the same experience for 15-20€ max?
I purchased generic indicators for another bike, that came in the exact same type of box (without the LEDperf logo stamped), with the same types of cables and the same resistors and even they came with same basic instructions stating "the red cable is positive, the black cable is neutral, please plug the red cable into the indicator positive cable and the black cable to the indicator neutral cable", yeah great.
If you get the DRL version, you'll get one extra cable that needs to be spliced to the head light cable, zero instructions on which cable to use either for that. They need to be spliced to either the low or high beam, this means that they only work for one of the two state, not both...
If you get the brake light version, you'll get two extra cables; one for the position light and one for the brake light. Again with no instructions on which cable to splice into. With the resistors in place + the two cables spliced, it turns your rear end into a maze. In my bike all of that is enclosed above a plastic shield and the space is very limited, I'm not even sure it is safe to put a resistor that will heat up in such a space. Once again, a very generic solution sold at a premium.

After doing the full indicator installation, with the resistors provided, I ended up with the hyperflash issue. I tried with another set of resistors that I had just in case but no luck. So again, you don't even get a proper solution at the premium price, unless I happened to have a double set of faulty resistors.
I ended up buying a LED relay online for my bike for an extra 25€ which fixed the issue, allowing me to remove the resistors but my question is: Why put resistors on if they are not usable if the kit is for my specific bike...? Why not provide, or at least sell, the required LED relay for them to work? It would make installation easier and safer.

I posted this review previously and got harassed every day by their customer service over email to take it down, but they did not say that they would change anything about their product. No excuse about them being a terrible fit, not having proper instructions or even work as expected, instead they just want to have good reputation to continue to sell overpriced products by removing bad, but true, reviews.

I wanted to change the headlight bulb of my 2020 ducati scrambler 1100cc. I reached out to them via email, they got back to me within a few days to tell mee their bulb was a plug and play. No modifications needed.
I trusted them and placed an order. Other than the headache to disassemble the headlight of my motorcycle, i was extremely happy with the results.

I will be choosing LedPerf (and Jordan) for the LED Upgrade now for my 2011 Honda Accord Tourer EX.

Bought light bulbs from LedPerf.ca is still subject to additional import fees. Had to pay $12 for shipping by FedEx plus an additional $11.40 handling fee to FedEx to clear customs + $7.53 duty as it was shipping from France to Canada. To add insult to injury it sat at the same FedEx facility at the airport for 7 days and was only shipped after I made an inquiry on the delay. Product from LedPerf was fine but FedEx was terrible.

Their website suggested the wrong fitting when I entered my vehicle details and because the company is located in France you have to fill out a customs form to return it.

The LED lights for my Jeep GC SRT 8 were top quality , easy to fit and a perfect light beam in brilliant white , highly recommend this Company .

Wasn't sure if products were going to be authentic however everything checked out. Would use again.

Order a headlight with daytime running lights which was a nightmare to fit, but after a lot of perseverance I managed to get it on, only to find out the following week when the bike had its mot that the beam projection was the wrong side(European) even though it was advertised as suitable for British roads. When I contacted them about the issue I was told “we don’t have a solution for you and we cant offer you an exchange because of price differences”
When I offered to pay the difference for a different headlight and return the original item I was ignored.

I ordered the LED type 1 headlight and the casing for my 2017 Street Twin 900. No where on the site's description of the items or in the included instructions does it mention that the he Ledperf casing DOES NOT fit any of the original factory wiring that's in the original factory headlight casing. (I've taken screenshots). You will have to reroute all your wiring if you want to use this headlight and casing. Now I'm out almost $200 CAD for duty fees and the $124 return parcel. The least they can do is reimburse my $124 due to not being upfront about the wiring issue.

In response to the reply from Ledperf. The problem isn't that the connector does fit. It fits fine. The problem is all the other wiring/connectors in the original factory casing doesn't fit in your casing, and that wasn't mentioned anywhere on your website in the product description so I bought thinking all the wiring in the original factory casing would fit, but it didn't. I reached out to Tony who replied saying, (paraphrasing) I'll have to externalize them and house them separately or return the product. The only way externalize them it's to reroute the wiring and hide them somewhere else on the bike, which a mechanic will have to do costing hundred of dollars in extra fees for labor for just a headlight. This would have been fine if I were doing more custom work, but all I needed done was to get a new headlight. Again, ALL this headache and out of pocket money that I probably won't get back because companies are greedy, would have been avoided if they only mentioned that the new casing does not fit all the originally wiring/connectors.

EDIT - October 31, 2025:

I returned the items with tracking. I followed all their return instructions. It was delivered to them on October 27th, 2025 as per the tracking information. On October 29th, 2025, the tracking updated saying that the package was unclaimed and now being returned back to me. I STILL DON'T HAVE ANY OF MY MONEY BACK!! I am going to dispute the transaction through Paypal and my credit card company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU!!

EDIT: - November 10, 2025.

The last email I got from this company was October 23rd, 2025 asking me to send them a copy of my receipt of the postage for the package I sent back to them of the headlight and housing. I have not heard back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Clarity and fulfilment of order all trouble free. Clear guidance on a product suitable to replace the stock halogen bulb on my street scrambler. Fitted in 5 mins and it passed the UK MOT. Lots brighter day and night.

LEDperf advertised a specific set of LED indicators for my Triumph Speed Triple 1050 RS 2019 - they didn't fit, incorrect mounting point, incompatible wiring plugs. Tried to contact to find out what was going on and no response. You will note their website is quite impenetrable.

Review edit: whilst I still maintain the bulbs I originally bought didn’t fit my ninja 650, top marks and credit to the customer service team for reaching out to me to resolve the issue, offering an exchange of bulbs that did fit for no extra cost and they even sent them before I had a chance to return the originals. The bulbs I got in exchange were very easy to install and were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for your help.

I just want to say a big thankyou to this company ledperf for sorting out my led's indicator bulbs for my audi s3 8p absolute quality straight switch over from old halogen bulbs to new ones they look so so good on my car now well worth the money, delivered on time within 48hrs too. Excellent service and the bulbs supplied transformed the daylight running lights on my Citroen c4 to a clear white. I have now ordered the dipped and main beam bulbs to match!
