Was not a good start in the beginning, wrong name on documents, wrong car reg, couldn't login on website portal. Looks like I've found someone I can contact if I need help next time Leigha.

You made the process relatively easy, and always communicated at every stage

I will never use this company again and will be requesting my next leased vehicle is definitely not through them. Extremely unhelpful customer service. High damage fees for an immaculate 5 year old vehicle being returned (none of the issues were highlighted on the day of inspection) and include a £141 charge for contamination, which from the images you can see if dust/dirt on the roof. No help when querying it, just ask you to complain straight to BVRLA. I had no issues during my actual contract, but the way it has ended has been extremely stressful and I'd advise anyone to think twice. There are much better companies out there including Alphabet and Hitachi who I have had dealing with before and none of the hassle or deception.

On a scale of 1(very poor) to 10 (Excellent)
Customer Service score 1 unhelpful and un sympathetic to issues which are out of control of the customer.
Communications score 1 particulary the Collections Dept who prefer to leave the phones on an automated system advising the caller "that due to high demand we are currently unable to respond to your call" e.mails to the dept are ignored of if answered only give information you already know about and fail to answer any questions asked.
In short consider very very carefully before leasing a vehicle from Leasys UK.
I wish I had as if I had I wouldn't now be £10,500.00 out of pocket for a lease which only lasted 7 months.

From the initial application for my car to excellent customer service, where my query was dealt with promptly. I will be staying with Leasys when my two year lease is up and look forward to the same service for my next lease hire car.

This is a long overdue review, however i think it is my duty to make people aware. STAY CLEAR!!! Charged be an extra £70 a month to extend my lease by 6 months (my husband did his through another company and didn’t have to pay a penny more) they also tried to charge me £1800 for missed services, damages etc etc. they refused to acknowledge the service is did do as it wasn’t with a ‘fiat’ garage (nowhere said i had to use the brand garage for a service) and countless other charges for minor damage which is to be expected after 4 years. Eventually after a lot of back and forth (and them ignoring me for 3 months) i paid half of what they were charging me. Still a ridiculous amount of money. But if theyre trying to do the same to you, keep fighting! They know theyre charges are ridiculous

Sent a damaged car and made me have it threatening I’d be waiting months for another car .

Receiving the car has been good, but it took multiple attempts to work out how to register for your online portal, when I finally did it has no details on how to make a payment and the invoice I’ve received via email (which also has no payment details in) doesn’t appear in my online account. I also sent an email asking for help on making a payment and have had no response in 2 days.

Leased my new electric car and Leasys have been there every step of the way. About a week after receiving the car Leasys sent me an email checking all was ok and a link for the leasys app which covers everything from what's included from Leasys and how to add additional services if required.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leasys to anyone thinking of using them

Good overall experience although the delivery date was delayed for about 3 weeks. Also the payment start date was a bit confusing and started late.

Straightforward, quick - no issues whatsoever

Carly was extremely helpful from order to delivery and after delivery. However she was let down by the garage that delivered the car, from the rushed delivery to the car not being registered under the number plate received and therefore us driving it for four days not taxed and not insured as we were not made aware of this until four days after delivery which is concerning. However we do understand that this was not Carly’s fault as she advised us as soon as she was made aware of it.

The ‘end of lease’ inspection for WD22PXP.
I am very disappointed with the report and consequently the extra charges. I acknowledge and accept the damage on the wheel trim but the other charges seem to me to be normal wear and tear. The car is 3000 miles under the agreed mileage and has been well looked after by myself. Would you kindly look into what I consider to be the excessive £593 extra costs
I’ve been a good customer of your company and the only reason I didn’t take another car from you this time is because you said you didn’t have anything to the spec that I requested.

Leased a car through leasys for 18 months with a millage allowance of 8000 miles a year, so 12000 miles all together and there trying to tell me I only had 11733 millage allowance, also added a random bill at the end which is not owed. Also had numerous problems where the car has been into Peugeot over the 18 months with the electrics. Car went back in excellent condition, so are clearly trying to accumulate some money from somewhere else. Avoid at all costs, absolute scam company.
