I spent a huge amount of time dealing with an issue where the license code for the paid plugin wouldn’t work.
Thank you for helping me resolve it, and I look forward to seeing the fix reflected in the next update.

I purchased this plugin, the carousel, slider tabs and load more were not working. I contacted straight away and they assured me they would fix it. Two months of them making various attempts to fix they have failed to do so. They intentionally went past the 14 day period so I could not create a refund. The plugin is still not working as they cannot fix it. I am left paying full price for a plugin that does not work, hence they have basically scammed me out of money. I fail to see how this company has such a high Trustpilot rating. If you purchase this and if you have any issues in the first 14days I recommend you cancel straight away as they will not fix it and then they will delete all your messages (two months worth) so there is no trail. Their solution now is for me to pay a developer to fix THEIR plugin! Trust me if it is not compatible when uploaded it will never work and they will make you all sorts of promises just to get past the 14 day refund period.

I had two charges on my credit card done by Lyft 13 and then did not authorize such. I’m having trouble with their support and they’re not willing to refund.
