Great Plugin Support
After I upgraded my server to PHP 8.2.18 I was seeing some PHP errors within Query Montior. I notified the support team and they logged into my website and fixed the PHP errors within 30 minutes. Fantastic support! Also, the Premium Addons plugin for Elementor has been great.

Super Helpful, Fast Support
Icons were displaying incorrectly on a page that had a lot of code and a lot of moving parts. I spent HOURS trying to figure out what was wrong. I contacted Elementor, and they couldn't figure it out either. The folks at Premium Addons had it figured out immediately (a new, conflicting Elementor setting) and fixed it for me. I am super grateful, and my client is happy. Thank you, Premium Addons! You saved my butt!!

The support goes above and beyond
The support is fantastic. They go above and beyond. Their "Horizontal Scroll" widget wasn't working for me and it was discovered that another 3rd party plugin was causing a JS conflict. Instead of saying "we don't support 3rd party conflicts" (which 99% of devs will say), they wrote a script which remedied the issue. Highly recommend!

Great plugin
I am a web designer and I have been using "Premium Addon for Elementor" for many years on my sites. it's a great tool, it offers many features with a very adaptable design. The support is insanely good!
They have developed a really good bunch of widgets, even in the free version of Premium Addons for Elementor. I also have the Pro version which unlocks a whole load more of really useful and usable widgets. The support is insanely good! Always fast to respond and really helpful.
