Grady was polite, knowledgeable and efficient

As before the engineer was prompt, very efficient and competent. Was able to reassure me that there are no leaks in the property.

Very efficient and very friendly. the only issue at this stage is that he needs to come back to address a leak issue and needs to provide me with a new leakbot system. I am waiting to be contacted.

Jesus was on time. He explained the process so well. He spent as much time as he needed and completed one repair to a toilet. He was respectful of my time and did what he needed to do without bothering me more than was needed.

1- Excellent technician, he was thorough. He went up and down again and again. Checked everything. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
2- I thought the Leakbot was a useless thing. I am glad that I opted for it. I think it is going to be very useful to know the issues before they hit you.
3- Leakbot keeps disconnecting, I hope I know how to keep it connected to your systems.

Honest, good service to have to prevent major plumbing headache. Techs are nice, explain what they are doing

Plumber was in perfect time, then pleasant and quick. He completely cleared up after him even asking if I wanted help moving the TV where the stop tap is. Great service.

Frank from Leakbot was on site. Noticed that our shut off valve was bad and suggested it be replaced. I have scheduled this to be replaced and will reach back out to Leakbot to reschedule my appt. Really appreciate Frank.....he was very helpful with suggestions.
