Communication has been excellent, and I've really appreciated how responsive and supportive the team have been, particularly when answering questions and guiding me through the different stages.

It's refreshing to deal with an estate agency where the staff are personable, proactive and genuinely seem to care about their customers.

My experience was great because, I ever met an estate agent who listened to me, was patient with us (me and my wife) and gave us a lift to view two properties.
The response time was great as we did not need to sit for too long waiting, even when there was no prior appointment. He was helpful to have responded the way he did and that spoke volumes.
