I had a pleasant experience with Macy at my viewing last week Friday. Macy calmly took me around the property and addressed my concerns regarding a scaffolding outside the adjacent property. Macy extended her service beyond the viewing with follow up call and message. Awful! Being a tenant with them is fine until anything at all goes wrong. They just barely do anything. Judging by the amount of time they have for any issues, they must be looking after millions of properties each. A simple job takes weeks of chasing before anything happens.
Definitely wouldn't recommend! Can't wait to be out of here

It is such a wounderl experience .Macy is quick in replay to emails and helps me when I had to rearrange my appointment time.

Me and my partner have been looking to move out of central London now for months, but after lost viewings or never hearing back we have struggled.
