Account disabled for over a month – no resolution

I have been using LCX, but my account has now been disabled for over one month without any clear explanation or resolution.
During this time, I contacted support multiple times and repeatedly received generic responses such as “under review” and “final stage,” but no actual progress has been made. At one point, I was even told the account would be reopened within the week, which did not happen.
I still cannot access my account or my remaining funds.
Due to the lack of resolution, I have already submitted a complaint to the Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein.
At this point, I am simply requesting either restoration of account access, or
the ability to withdraw my funds
Very disappointing experience, especially for a regulated platform.

i had to wait 30 days for my withdrawal…

i had to wait 30 days for my withdrawal but nothing, then they asked me to make AGAIN Kyc and now i applied again my withdrawal but of course it's 2 days pending! this is a complete Scam behaviour, they probably have some funds problem and they don't let you get your money, so please don't use this SCAM EXCHANGE, and if you are reading some good reviews of these last weeks probably they are SCAM TOO!

Be very careful if you plan to trade on LCX, your money will probably stay there forever

Fast onboarding

Won't process transfers

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with LCX. I initiated several withdrawals/transfers from my account, but they still haven’t been processed - it has now been 25 days since I submitted them. I have contacted support and followed up, but I have not received a clear explanation for the delay or a concrete timeline for when my withdrawals will be completed.

This lack of transparency and the extended delay has completely undermined my trust in the platform. I am now requesting that all of my assets be released and transferred to another platform.

Based on how this has been handled so far, I cannot recommend LCX. If LCX resolves the issue, completes the withdrawals, and provides a clear explanation, I will update this review.

Terrible service

Terrible service - incorrect exchange!
I deposited money through their bank and when I asked to return it back to my bank they said "Approval Pending"! I contacted their support in chat, meaningless answer and avoiding responsibilities, after 3 days they sent me an email that I had to re-do KYC, I managed to do this after several attempts and emails with them and when I tried to withdraw a part to my bank again the same thing "Approval Pending" then they said that the request had been sent to the relevant department for approval assuring me that it would be approved quickly but so far no action. I also sent emails, both to Compliance and Support, informing the FMA Liechtenstein, as they have the license here, but no response. Maybe it's time to make the relevant complaints.

I regret that I created an account on this exchange.

Got baited by welcome bonuses and now my money are freezed because they cant approve withdrawal.
Stay away if u dont want to freeze your money by this garbage service

Pending withdrawal 2 months. Scam!

I have a withdrawal pending since December 26, and after 16 days it’s still stuck as “pending”.
Support only gives the same generic reply every time: “the case has been forwarded to the responsible team”. No solution, no timeline, nothing.
On top of that, they disabled the live chat button, clearly on purpose so I can’t complain anymore.
Worst exchange out there. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards users. Petty and feel like thieves.
Would not recommend to anyone.

EDIT: Almost 2 months later my withdrawal request keeps pending. They reset my KYC 2 times arguing the photos were blurry. I had to redo KYC, and submit new withdrawal requests. The photos were good enough for them to approve my kyc when I did it, but not enough to approve my withdrawals. This is a ridiculous company. Worst exchange that exists on Earth!

Horrible experience! I deposited money and when requested for withdrawal went pending! Contacted support i was able to do so and then they said request have been forwarded to the relevent department and they switch off or i dont know i cannot contact support. Extremely slow withdrawals

They have now failed to execute my withdrawal for more than a week and I only get ai generated answers thanking me for my patience from the support… afraid that they are attempting to steal my money. UPDATE they did not steal my money but it took more than 7 days to process the withdrawal and I did not get a proper explanation for why.

LCX update

This transfer has finally taken place!... I cannot imagine why my modest withdrawal invited such scrutiny and sustained inspection from the Security division at LCX, keeping them busy for over a week! Im sorry Ive been forced out by the maniacal regulating zealots in the UK posing as our protectors but LCX need to up their game, customers should not be frozen out of access without adequate explanation and the processing needs to be significantly clipped!
The date of the transfer was 7 Oct am... Trustpilot wont allow me to allow to enter beyond the 3rd of Oct?

Hello, the company is cheating. It does not pay out rewards for invited people. It was promised that it would be paid out by June 10. Now the situation is like this. Yesterday morning I wrote to support and they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. But the further, the more interesting it gets. Yesterday they disconnected live support through their program. They ask me to write to them only email. There was also a statement from them that it is because of the time zone difference. In 5 years of experience, this is the first time I have seen such a company that would behave like this. They ignore questions about unpaid rewards or try to evade. They disconnect live chat support so that there are fewer opportunities to get information. I also want to emphasize that when making a deposit, it does not count, you need to write to their support so that it counts... If this were a really normal company that cared about its users, it would definitely not behave like this. I advise you to be careful.
