Nonexistent customer service and bad sizing
I ordered a pair of their Men's Flare Jeans Black Stretch Indie 70s Bell Bottoms Lc16 in the wrong length. Fair. Absolutely my bad. When I realized my error (approximately pne hour after placing my order) I attempted to contact them to see if I could have it corrected. After 3 or 4 days I Recieved the email that they had been shipped. Was I elated thar they never returned my email, no but again, it was my fault for ordering the wrong size.
When they arrived they looked great, fit great, just 2 inches too short. I attempted to get in contact with the company again to arrange a return and let them know what happened. No response. Fine. Maybe they were busy. The same day I sent the jeans back I ordered the correct size. When these arrived they fit 100% differently. Same waist size, same style number just 2 inches longer. I have no idea how it happened... I didn't suddenly loose 15 pounds so I'm not quite sure how the jeans suddenly went from fitting like a 30 waist to fitting like a 34 waist. I again tried to contact the company and yet again met with zero response. I get that it's not a crazy high end company but I had to pay shipping now 4 times to Canada from the uk. So needless to say buyer beware.
