Superb events company - 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Superb! Having dealt with numerous events companies over the years I have to say my experience from start to finish was truly 5 star.
Tracy immediately made me feel at ease when she called me back regarding my online booking, even though I knew I was not booking a local company. I felt there offerings/set up were far superior to local competitors as they offered the full decoration package in their party tents.
I had 40 teenagers entertained in a self contained tent which was lovely and warm ( especially as it was the coldest day of the year in minus temperatures, Friday 21st November).
The feedback from both the teenagers and parents who saw it was just simply wow!
Thankyou for making my daughters 14th Birthday seamless we couldn't recommend you enough!

First class from start to finish
We hired a hot tub for our twins birthday party in October. From first contact through to collection we were treated by the team with great care and advice. Unsure as to what exactly would be best suited for the area we had & what we required it for we asked the team for their advice & they were wonderfully helpful. We received notification when they were on their way to us to set up along with an update as to what time they would arrive.
The equipment was in great condition & came with a very easy to use explanation card which showed us step by step instructions. We would highly recommend this company for their hot tub hire & look forward to using some of their many other services in the future.

Firstly Apologies your uv cake topper arrived damaged.
Our normal procedure if any item arrives damaged to a customer is to check that the item is of course damaged and come up with a solution for that customer. As a small business I hope you can appreciate that untill we check that the item is damaged we can't send out replacement items. During our chat over the phone this morning you mentioned that the item wasnt needed untill mid April i explained we would send a replacement item straight out to you as soon as we received a picture and your order number. I then sent over our email address to you and we received no reply. The next thing we seen was you leaving us a 1 star bad review for an issue you haven't let us sort. We have been operating almost 10 years and this is our first 1 star review so naturally we are disappointed that you haven't given us chance to sort your issue. I hope you can understand how detrimental 1 star reviews can be to very small businesses and I hope you may consider removing the review and allow us to sort your issue. Thankyou for your feedback, a 3 star review really effects our overall rating as as a small micro business. Unfortunately it's not the size of the fabric that is costly it's the laser machine cutting and time it takes to create each piece thats the really expensive part

The Hot Tub was a great addition for our group.
Fantastic service, friendly and patient staff when setting up the hot tub.
Everybody really enjoyed using the hot tub, it was great for our family group.

Fantastic service

Overall great experience
Overall great experience. Tracy was very responsive via WhatsApp and worked with us to ensure the set up was smooth and trouble free. We used the Foam Party tent for a school event with 14yr olds and they loved it. We'll definitely use Lay-Z-days again

Amazing service and communication from start to finish! Martin and Tracy were excellent and extremely helpful with all of our questions. On arrival they were professional, informative and they made the process so easy for us by setting it all up for us to enjoy!
