I reached out to Dai in January 2026, following positive recommendations as to the quality of his services from colleagues. Specifically, I was looking for help crafting a focussed job search, with an eye to creating detailed, high-quality applications to try and secure a role within the UK market (at what is a very challenging time) in industries requiring a pivot from my previous experience.

I had a suite of three sessions with Dai, who mixed data-driven approaches with personability, something I really warmed too. As I was successful in the interview, I didn't have the second and third sessions, but instead had a session on salary negotiation, securing an uplift of more than 15% over the original offer.
