I paid for A Document 4/28. Got an email that day it was ready, another that it was signed by the other party. Then I got fraud alert 6/5 from my cc company about them charging $49 dollars. I cancelled that card. Law Depot sent the only other email today saying my subscription was cancelled due to non-payment! I told them "Yeah, b/c I never asked for a subscription!!"

Paid a subscription. Had access to about 15 forms at my location. Useless.

This place is a scam. They automatically subscribe you for monthly service and will continue for years without you realizing it. The information provided was worthless for the 7 day trial but they charged me for over a year for nothing

misleading information. website states that you can draft a tenancy agreement free of charge. After I spent the time to fill-in all the information (page after page), I couldn't download the draft agreement as I was asked to subscribe to the service and give my credit card details (they claim 1st week is free though, but you still have to give credit card details).
