I contacted Lavos for a mold issue in my crawl space and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the situation was worse than expected, but the Lavos team provided all the support I needed! They quickly arranged a follow-up and completed all the necessary repairs within a few hours, including crawl space insulation.
The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and highly responsive. They even offered me a generous discount, which I truly appreciated. Based on my excellent experience, I would highly recommend their services!

Horrible experience, very hard to communicate with the customer service, they only answer any question once it has been asked at least 3 times. We set up an appointment but they didn't show up on time. I tried calling them several times, they were unavailable for hours. When the finally picked up the phone, they told me they were not going to be able to make it in the time frame that we agreed on, but they would come later. Two hours later they called back and let me know that they would not be coming at all. We already packed up the whole apartment so they could do their work, and we rearranged our schedules. Very disappointing, difficult to communicate with and they don't even show up in the end. You better choose any other company out there.
