Many thanks to kind and dearest Birgitte
I was working with Birgitte Mote on the darkest days of my loss.
Short feedback for working with her will be: that was the best experience and attitude I could get in the situation of a loss.

I lost my baby daughter, being without my husband close to me.
I felt so lonely and desperate and didn't know what to do and where to go to organize a funeral for my little baby.
I was stuck...
From the moment when Birgitte called me back and offered to meet, I felt better. She listened to my whole story and asked me, supported, comforted and hugged me. I felt trust and relief, I knew it will be much better now.
Birgitte shared my loss and wanted to help. She was patient and caring and asked me, if there was anything else, she can help me with. One day she even called the church because that day I started to cry just when anyone asked me questions.
When she had questions, she asked me very gently. She was in constant contact with me.
She organizes a perfect ceremony, it was a sad but beautiful day.
I can't even express, how grateful I am to Birgitte, for all the job that she did for me and my family. It feels that she is a part of this sad but kind and beautiful story.
