Right after I submitted my order I began to receive updates about my order. The process was organized and fast . I could not believe how easy it was to order your product from Los Angeles/USA. I got my beautiful ring in no time . I own many pieces and love them all. Previously I purchased the items in person while in London and this was the first time I made my purchase on line.

The lost Earring
I bought a pair of earrings for my wife, but unfortunately one was lost during our Christmas celebrations. Laurence Coste couldn’t have been nicer and actually replaced the lost earring. It’s one of the reasons I keep going back whenever I need to buy a very special gift.

Clip earrings not fit for purpose
Sadly I ordered a beautiful pair of clip earrings. When they arrived I was a little disappointed at the quality. Also, the clips did not hold onto the earlobe. Basically, not fit for purpose. However, they did offer a very speedy refund. Albeit I paid £20 postage which I thought was a bit steep.

The package got stuck at the customs…
The package got stuck at the customs in Belgium, I had to pay 35€ to have it delivered. The earrings were very well wrapped in little boxes but as I opened the box of the pearl ones, one blue cabochon was un glued . I managed to glue it back. I must say I bought many earrings at LC and this problem, stone getting unglued is recurrent. Otherwise I do love the earrings I ordered, they are small and discreet, very pretty and easy to wear everyday.
