Bob and Terry the fitters from Launa windows did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked non stop, finished job by lunch time. Very friendly, easy to talk to.

Bob and Terry of Launa Windows did an excellent job replacing our old double glazed windows of at least 20-25 years old. They arrived early and worked professionally none stop until they finished the job. They also cleared and tidy everything away when they finished. We are really pleased with the finished results. We were also kept up to date with all the details from the start.

The window and doors are excellent and being kept up to date on the measuring, ordering process and fitting and the customer service has been excellent

Mark arrived on time and explained everything really well. He did a professional job throughout. A really good finish, great communication and left the place neat and tidy. The door looks great. Thanks very much.

This installation was carried out during storm Bram. Somehow Bob and Terry managed to change all of our upstairs windows in appalling conditions without leaving a mess but leaving us with great views from our new tilt and turns.

Fitter turned up as arranged and worked steadily through the day to fit a new kitchen door and a kitchen window. Area was left clean and tidy. Fitter explained operation and ongoing maintenance of the new items

Just had 2 Windows replaced our lounge window being nearly 4 metres wide. On the day we had high winds and rain and there wasn’t a problem with any of the manufacturing or fitting the windows. We have used Launa windows over many years and they never fail to get the job correct. Would recommend the company from office to fitting every time. The 3 lads on site were very professional and helpful in anything that was needed. Very Easy and satisfying job

Great service from ordering to installation, Mark our fitter was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Due to my mum passing away I could not go ahead with one window replacement-no window was made nor was a surveyor ever sent out yet they refused to refund my deposit due to my circumstances basically the response was the manger said no! No reply to my e mail asking what my deposit was spent on either something my solicitor will now be asking!

Mark was very helpful and considerate.

I purchased an orangery from Launa Windows Ltd, completed in March 2018, with a 10-year warranty through QANW / Warranty Services Ltd.

Since 2020, the orangery has developed a persistent leak. I have repeatedly contacted Launa Windows and QANW regarding inspection and repair but to date, I have received no written response or action to resolve the problem, leaving the warranty unfulfilled and the issue ongoing.

I am sharing this review to highlight the lack of response from both the installer and the warranty provider and to encourage them to address warranty claims properly.

Very efficient from start to end. Mark was clean and tidy too.
