Clear and correct information. Answered questions fast. Was a bit worried since it was sent without tracking but envelope arrived in Sweden after 10 days. Install was easy even though it took a couple of hours. €200 chearper than the price qouted by Skoda. Recommended!

Ordered an update for my 2014 Nissan Navara D40.
22-23 update on 5 discs including an activation code.
Took a couple of hours to load and engine had to be running so took time to clean and polish truck in the meantime. Straightforward instructions. Very pleased so far, will try out the previously missing roads! Brian was very helpful and responded almost immediately to any emails.

After swapping several emails with them to check compatibility with my Becker Map Pilot unit, I bought the latest maps. I followed the supplied instructions to the letter. Unfortunately, I now have a unit which the car refuses to recognise and that can't load any maps. The maps may have been old, but they worked at least. Now I'm left replacing the entire unit.

Update: The "solution" was to screen share my laptop with a stranger I did not know, from a company who had supplied a defective product already. I did respond, I declined.

The offer of an SD Card has now become conditional on my review, which I stand by. As for the 8GB to 4GB, the unit no longer recognises the 8GB SD card following the upgrade, only the 4GB internal memory. So no mystery at all.

Bought the western Europe map update for BMW 5 series [2015].
Suggest people pay the extra £10 and have them send the update preloaded onto a memory stick [through the post]. Worked a treat - whereas I previously loaded the software onto my memory stick but the car wouldn't recognise it. Very reasonable price. Map works perfectly.

Great support from Brian. BMW hide the USB socket needed for the update really well. How difficult is it to find the socket in the glove compartment, easy you would think! Anyway, Brian found the manual and sent me the relevant pages and also advised me the car must be moving to update the maps. How crazy is that? He's right though, it even stops updating if you stop at the traffic lights. So 55 minutes of driving around and I now have updated maps. Thanks Brian for an excellent service which I'm happy to thoroughly recommend.

Ridiculously swift service, I placed an order online at around 10pm, and within 20 minutes had the file link. Installation instructions were spot on, map update and FSC work a dream.

Purchased an up grade disk for Latestsatnav, had an issue with my headunit, not taking update. Emails back and forth with them and a recovery disk later all issues sorted can't recommend them highly enough. they deserve 10 stars

Top service. I have few questions, about bmw map update and Brian reply very fast. Updating maps was very easy and everything was fine. 100% recommending.

I recently imported my Audi Q5 from Australia and therefore needed to change the map. This was not as straightforward as I had hoped but I got there in the end. I can honestly say that without Brian’s guidance and incredibly responsive support I would have really struggled to complete the change.

When I had problem with my USB download, Brian was great and told me what to do. This 2022 Map is perfect and half price of BMW dealership.

I Got software for my Skoda Columbus Nav ,I had some problems at first as my Nav is a older model and then the software SD card suddenly stopped working in my Nav unit . I was assisted by Brian very quickly and a replacement was sent out with additional software I might have needed and clear instructions how to correct it .

Flawless experience. Ordered the Route 2022/1 download and one use code. Immediately sent the download link which I downloaded and unzipped using windows 10. Then put the items from the folder on 32gb usb flash drive that was already formatted as Fat32 (They can send you a usb that already has all the relevant files pre-installed if you prefer). I then contacted Brian who quickly sent me the activation code. Plugged into usb in centre arm rest and turned on ignition and the idrive immediately recognised new maps available,after entering the code automatically proceeded to install. Took 30 minutes,first 15 with just ignition on then second 15 with engine running in garage. If your not sure about your battery state could be better to go for drive while its updating. I can wholeheartedly recommend Brian who answers all your questions very promptly and professionally. Would not use any other sat nav update provider. 10/10.
