The Support is Super
The Support is super. The whole process went smoothly. The laser is fantastic!! It arrived on the date promised. Laser arrived safety, no damage.
I recommend the laser 100%.
The unit is very easy to operate and the beams are super sharp and colour out if this world. Super easy to via App and Laptop.

Hello, sorry you had to waste your time on placing an order, however during the checkout (if you select shipping to US), there's a big prompt message saying that we don't ship to the USA, and if you'd like to order to the US, please go to our US distributor's page, x-laser.com. This information is also available on the FAQ page and before proceeding to checkout. We canceled and refunded your order immediately after we figured out that you provide an address in US (in an hour, maybe two), and you should receive your funds in 2-3 days max. Your rating is unfair and has nothing in common with the facts. Best regards, support team.

I was worried about buying from China
I was worried about buying something so expensive from China but it all arrived safe and sound. I bought two items and they arrived on different days with different tracking numbers which was a little confusing.
The WhatsApp help line was really helpful and super quick to reply. So all good from me

Here is Seoul, South Korea, the East Asia.
The order fix, partial refund, include holiday at whole process, 10 day really quick feedback and parcel.
And they have know how to work custom clearance in korea. and I surprised they give the right PLUG.
Product? Price? If you are laserist, ZERO regret. I already have 2 laser. So I really understand LaserCube is on TOP.

Hidden Import Tax Fee's Beware!...
Great Product..Lot's of Fun...However a bit Glitchy so will keep an eye on it and send it back if it continues..Also say's "Free Delivery to the UK"..Yet Fed X has hit me with a £50 Import Tax fee! which wasn't advised

Regarding taxes: We are shipping from Hong Kong, so additional import tax/customs charges are very usual, but it's not always happening. However, thank you for your suggestion - we will try to put the notification about possible charges in more visible place.
Laser issues solved in a couple of hours
I contacted them with a technical issue. They responded quickly and came with a tailor-made solution for my problem. I would definitely recommend them.
