Regarding the lasers disconnection - did you faced that issue using WI-Fi only? or via LAN connection too? Wi-FI connection may be interrupted by other network devices around and these interferences can be decreased by changing wifi channel in lasercube's firmware settings. Worth every penny
Got our laser a month ago and customer service was great through that whole process. We finally used the laser for our first show this weekend and it was absolutely worth every penny. It totally elevated the visuals for our concert!! And very user friendly right out of the box.

Works easy and projects well. If i could make the beams a bit thicker they would serve my purpose better. Indoors is good outdoors seems a bit light but if there is plenty of haze it serves my purpose. If there is a filter that makes beam thicker than the one that comes with it id be interested

Hello! You should try to use focal 25cm lens - it will make beams a bit blurry, but also thicker. Anyway - we are happy to hear to know you're satisfied with your purchase! Have fun!

We ordered 2 times (3 LaserCube, with expander, etc ...) and are really delighted.
The characteristics of the LaserCubes indicated on the website correspond perfectly to what we were looking for.
We must add (and this is not the least important :), that we had a real follow-up of orders as well as a rare reactivity from the Wicked Lasers team, including for technical questions.

I really liked the fact that they informed me that the order was not complete and one week later i received the lens kit. Great product. I e-mailed the support and very quick i got a respond.
