Shameless. Agreed discount not received!

I ordered one of their products after confirmation of a discount of 25% since an earlier product was disfunctioneel. After ordering, the discount was not agreed anymore. After more than one email correspondence via the customer care service with notification that it would be taken care of, two mints later no solution and no refund of the agreed refund. Shameless!

Horrible product and customer service

1. Received a malfunctioning product.
2. Had to print return label and give to DHL.
3. Largolash never picked up the parcel
4. Largolash never refunded me.
5. Thieves.

Scammer seller, beware

Scammer seller, beware. He asked me and my friends to buy his product from Amazon and told us he would give us a €30 gift and refund us after the order. After we placed the order, he stopped responding. Fraud.

It came very quickly after my order

It came very quickly after my order. I didn’t used all of it from the accessoires, but till now I’m very glad with it! My hair is soft, no fuzzy hair! It works much better than my other hairstylers.

Great experience!

My package was delivered exceptionally quick. Also the product is just amazing, I love the multiple options to style my hair. It works very fast and the product is just very good. Would recommend!

Late return accepted

After receiving the order, I decided to return it. I was late with the return, but they decided to accept it anyway. Great and quick service, although I found the automated/general emails less pleasant.

Product with defect

After three uses, the part where the accessories attach or lock broke, leaving the device completely useless. I didn’t drop it or do anything to damage it. I can’t recommend it at all.
Update: Customer service contacted me right away and offered to send me a new one free of charge. I will provide another update after using the new one for some time.

Great customer service

Missed the deliverer. Product automatically got send back. Contacted Largolash and they responded immediately. They send me a new one and it got delivered the next day. Great customerservice!
