I have ordered an item 1,5 months ago from DE site. Item never reached to me and this is provable via DHL site. I dont remember how many times I reached to customer service and they are not responding. They did not refunded my money and now I applied for legal procedures to get my money back.
I am not even sure this site is legit. Do not order anything from there!

Having the worst time ever with laredoute, I wish I had read the reviews.
I ordered two wicker baskets, I got one and an item of clothing. Long story short I have emailed 4x and had a 20 minute phone conversation. They are not replying to emails but the lady on the phone said they had to investigate with the courier and I would get a refund within 28 days. Have I? No. Just processed a credit card dispute so hoping natwest will be able to get my money back.

Returned it .nothing from company .emailed them about a month later with account details order number .they got back last week to say that my returns were processed. No sign of money returned. Don t buy anything from this website unless you want hassle in your life.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They could not care less. I ordered an expensive bag, which they say was dispatched to their courier which has now vanished after being late by 2 weeks. I emailed both the company and their courier a number of times only to be told it was lost, and they had now cancelled my order. I asked what of anything they would propose to do and their response was nothing, and that they would simply refund me. Would not advise anyone to shop here.

Sent me the wrong item, I ordered a wall shelf and got a chair..
I had to pay for the return shipping myself with a promise of a refund. Now they refuses to pay the shipping I lent them money for, asking me to send more photos of the wrong item I received, an item I sent them back a month ago... Many many emails back and forth and over two months spent. Stay away unless you have unlimited time, money and patience at your disposal.
Update: they sent me the wrong item but tell me in email "Our policy for refunding return fees is limited to situations where an error has occurred on our part." so apparently they sending me the wrong item is my fault.. They told me in email they will reimburse me before I sent it and now they won't.
Completely refused to complete the order paid for
Sent the wrong item, and refused to complete my order until their incorrect item (value around 2 euros) was returned to them at the cost of my time going to the post office. Then I was expected to go and order the item I had already paid for again from their website, as they would absolutely not send it to me, despite me having paid for it once already. It has taken around 4 months and around 10 - 15 emails and phonecalls for them to communicate this, and they will NOT budge. It takes around a week to respond to an email, and the people on the phone are completely useless. Absolutely never in my life have I received such awful service - it has truly made my blood boil. Avoid this company at all costs for your own sanity. Shame because they have some nice stuff.

Unsolicited direct debit payments has signed me up with…
This company has signed me up with WLY*COMPLETESAVE setting up a Direct Debit for £15 per month. I did not sign anything nor received any notification it had happened and had no notification of terms and conditions. I am still awaiting a reply from Customer Services for an explanation. It taught me a lesson to check my credit card statement carefully as they tell my credit card company i had ‘signed up’ July 2021!

I so wish I had read the bad reviews here before placing my order. After seeing it's not dispatched, I wrote to them to ask, they tell me they can see it's being processed as they write. Two days after I ask again, and then they tell me the order was not processed and offered me a discount for my next order. I ask about the refund, they tell me if I haven't received it yet, it'll be automatic. I ask for a deadline, and then they tell me they never got the payment, which is a lie. I show them proof of payment, no reply. I have opened now a case with PayPal and hopefully I'll get my money back, but still to see.
Please trust the bad reviews here, I hadn't experienced such a poor customer service in a long time.

Ordered a bed for my son and was informed this would be dispatched and delivered in two weeks. After six weeks it still has not been dispatched. I was not kept up to date about my order and had to constantly chase up about an intended delivery date. The customer service team were nonchalant and did not know anything about why there was a delay. I have had to get a refund two months after my initial order and use a different company.
LAREDOUTE are unprofessional
Company had incorrectly processed a refund, they credited my account with money but now want the money back because of a discrepancy. I have been receiving threating letters, emails stating that I have not responded to them and owe them money. The company have made the fault of abruptly stating I have arrears and if I'm in financial difficulty they can point me in the direction of free independent and debt free advice or help to agree a payment plan. This company LAREDOUTE is embarrassing, how are they sending me letters enforcing that I have an unpaid balance to pay when they've mistakenly credit my account themselves, shouldn't they apologise for their mistake rather than firmly placing the blame on me and shaming me for their own stupidity

They are the worst “company” I have ever had to deal with. I bought a 600€ bed, they lost half of it in transit, had to everyday reach out and ask them to fix it, they were no help, didn’t want to give me a refund until the 1st part of the shipment was returned to them! They are the ones who screwed up and couldn’t get the bed to me! They are the worst customer service company I’ve ever had to deal with.

First order .Bad Experience
Put simply .. first order bad experience. Customer service a bit like "jobsworth" . Broken product refused. Money back via paypal referral . Despite cancelling the La Redoute+ free trial within the 30 day free trial .. they ignored the cancellation and on day 30 set up a recurring annual payment with paypal ..contrary to my instruction. Customer service unhelpful. Currently out of pocket. Take money via paypal but refuse immediate reimbursement via paypal ..

I ordered some school boots for my daughter and after reading i thought oh no im not getting them. How wrong i was. From placing the order i received the boots exactly 1 week later. I was updated everytime my parcel moved so i really didn't need to worry.
