Chinese dropshippers

I discovered I bought Temu products for 5 times the price Laredoute. So they basically dropship. What a shame i fell for this.

I am so disappointed with this company

I am so disappointed with this company. Such lovely looking products but the poor quality of these cheap mdf drawers and I wish I had never bothered. I have had constant problems with 4 sets of wide drawers which all bow and fall off the runners. La Redoute sent out technicians to have a look but because these technicians are used through the companies insurance they find any way they can to not pay up. I couldn’t even get replacement runners even though they are visibly bent with only a few months of trying to use them.

So disappointing. Don’t bother ordering through them, look for a better company with better customer care.

Edgar drawers - no runners, awkward to open.

These look ok, but the drawers do not have runners, so they don't open smoothly. This would be a bad piece of furniture if you wanted to use the drawers daily. I think it should be made clearer in the listing that the drawers do not have smooth metal runners. I can't recommend it. I liked the idea of the modular design, but because the drawers don't open smoothly, it moves around on the Edgar cupboard (which I do like more) that it's on top of.

It has taken me 3 weeks and 3 no shows…

It has taken me 3 weeks and 3 no shows to have £300 of homeware returned. As it stands, because La Redoute have raised a complaint with Evri, I now need to wait for them to resolve the complaint before they come and collect the homeware, and despite being given a date and staying at home AGAIN to return these items, I've now been told that once again THIS WAS A LIE.

I don't think I've ever seen shittier service. I want my £350 back, will not be ordering again.

All went well

After reading all the bad reviews I really was panicking, as I already ordered and needed all the furniture to arrive on time, as I am expecting a baby. So I started calling the customer service around 5 days after the order, as nothing was happening. Customer service was easy to reach, they assured me my order would be sent shortly as it takes longer for larger items to be shipped. Indeed, the order was shipped around 1 week after purchase, all over it took about 2 weeks to arrive. Not very transparent or easy to track, but apart from that - all was here on time, so I can’t complain. Customer service exists and is reachable.

This has been such a stressful…

This has been such a stressful experience. I ordered the Jimi bed as it was this was the only company during the pandemic that said delivery times of two weeks. In the end it took 6 weeks, with no updates etc. Once the bed came it was a nighmare putting it together, holes not in the right places etc. Now after several month the leg is breaking and the wood is splitting. A bed for 400 euors should not do this after a few months. For the past month I've sent emails and called, simply being passed on / told to wait. This whole thing has been a real headache. I strongly advise against.

Lacking customer service and very long delivery times

My first order of bigger items (couchtable and vintage record player sideboard) turned out to be a vry unpleasant experience.
Delivery took 1.5 month (advertised period at time of order was 20 days) and every piece of information about the delay and the whereabouts of my order had to be retrieved from my side over email and phone.

Finally the delivery was sheduled for last tuesday, but to my surprise only one item (couchtable) was delivered - again no information from LaRedoute on this.

After another call to the hotline, the agent promised to investigate, resulting in an email, that they now found ouit, that my order was lost, and that the refund is to be processed withon "the newxt few working day"...

All in all, a very dissatisfiying experience and definitely my last order @LaRedoute...

Very very late delivery

I ordered the product that was clearly labelled 3-5 days delivery. Turns out it's been almost 3 weeks and I've heard no news from the company. Once I complained they sent a tracking order link to me in which there's almost no details on the page. One of the worst customer services I've ever encountered. Stay away.

No risk, good items, good customer relation.

Not always easy in communication, not every thing is of high quality. But it is easy to send things back. And some items are of excellent quality and if you were even lucky and got it on reduction, well then you can make a great deal there.If you know what you want and read the comments, they can be an excellent choice

They agree by email to return a…

They agreed by email to return a defective furniture item and exchange it for a new item for free. Two months later I received an invoice charging me the difference between the new item and an another older item I had purchased months before but never returned. Just plain and simple cheating and fraudulent unethical behavior! I sent them several emails asking to correct the financial statement on my personal account but they NEVER returned my emails! I plan to contact my lawyer.
