Great value, package and works!
Replaces the battery of the Thinkpad L13 Yoga from my kid's high schooling, to extend its usable life well into uni. The price is good. The part fits. It's even packaged with a few tools to help with installation - complete with a plastic wedge/pry tool to open the notebook case without scratching it. So thoughtful! The website is very good, with a search engine which helps ensure the correct part is purchased. I am going to purchase a 2nd battery for the other L13 Yoga notebook.

Quick and good service from Laptopbatterydirect
Ordered a new battery for my surface laptop. Item was posted and arrived quickly. The plastic tools supplied came in handy for prising open the unit however the Torx screwdrivers supplied while a nice idea didnt actually fit the screws in the laptop. Luckily I had my own set which I used. It's certainly a tedious job to replace a battery in these surface laptops but I did it successfully and everything is working as expected.

Foolproof ordering, great service
Ordering is foolproof as the website is very clear about which battery is required for a specific computer including the difference between one and two hard drives. Delivery was prompt and the packaging sturdy and intact.
The pricing is good at less than half the cost of the original. My experience with generic batteries is that lifespan in compatible with original and sometimes a little better than OEM. Will have to wait 3 years to see.
The installation process is easy, however clear instructions are also provided in the email notification.
Tools are also provided.

Sparked Fire after 2 months!
I replaced my original Razer battery to extend the operating time but after installing this battery it ignited in the chassis after less than 3 months with standard use. The fans stopped running and moments later I saw a small fire in the machine and white smoke from the fans. I had to run outside immediately and leave it. I really wish this wasn't the case, and thankfully the motherboard wasn't damaged. I now use it without a battery, and disposed of that one immediately. I also spoke to my local PC store and they have bought non OEM batteries before multiple times for customers and they say they also only lasted a matter of months. I would never do again based on the electrical fire - which could of happened when I was away from home! My Pets might have been caught in a fire and house gone up. NOT a fake review.

Purchased an upgrade battery for MSI c12m modern 14". Originally had the 39.3Wh battery and upgraded to the 52.4Wh. Great price, quick postage and works great.
Just have to remember to do a battery calibration in the MSI Center.
