There are not enough words to descrive how awful our experience was with this self-declared provider of summer camps for teen-agers.
They advertise native-speaker teachers, and my son (who goes to an English school since he was 5, lives in Luxembourg and is fluent in Italian and Polish) had French lessons with Russian students relying on google translate to deal with the French assignment they gave him.
They advertise an average of 13 students in each class, while the week my son was there, they were less than 15 in the whole campus and my son was completely alone in class.
They were not open to consider the possibility to change the week (which I reasonably asked not wanting to ask the money, back which they were not open at all to offer). I explained that the whole idea of a summer camp for a teen-ager would to meet, spend time and speak the foreign language with other kids. But they stopped replying to me whatsoever.
Strongly recommend to stay away from them.

There are so many inconsistencies in that review, it's hard to know where to start.
But we can't accept negative reviews without reacting, as thousands of students have been enjoying our residential French or English classes in Bruges for students aged 10 to 17 for the last 25 years and over 99% have a great experience.
Well there's always the odd case, so here we go
- that boy only spoke italian so the teacher (french speaker, not a 'russian' had to use google translate to communicate with him in italian
- it was indeed a slow week, actually the slowest in the summer by far ... but most students (and parents) in their right minds) would welcome getting private lessons for the price of group lessons, instead of complaining about it
- according to the school staff that dealt with him (and our own staff in the office) that parent was a particularly complicated and difficult person to deal with
- iHe expressed the desire to attend by changing the week. Why do that if the experience was that bad ? Why not just cancel from day 1 or 2 with a full refund as we would easily have arranged ? Instead he wanted a refund or a credit for another week, which is not realistic
- However we will gladly meet his wish on one point. We do hope that he will avoid us in the future, and commiserate in advance with other organisations having to deal with him
