I never got my shipment

Love how it leaves my hair shiny and anti frizz would recommend to all my friends and family.

After a lost item, stalled shipping process on my paid order, waiting weeks, I have to say you made it right and finally received my item within a couple days.

This company and their products are wonderful. I have several hair products and they all work very well. I would not hesitate to order from them. They also have great customer support is needed! Five star rating for these guys!

I placed an order for hair products and when I didn’t receive the items within seven days, I reached out to a representative who told me there was an issue with delivering. (I found it frustrating that no one contacted me with this supposed delivery issue.). She was going to resend my order to me. After another seven days of no tracking information and no products I reached out again to another representative. She told me they had a lot of orders recently and we’re having issues with delivery. I think 14 days of waiting for products is unreasonable. I canceled my order. Maybe likely will not order from this company again.

Fast response and very helpful. I appreciate the assistance. Easy to use and they reached out fast.

The product makes my hair thicker and very manageable. It looks like I had it done at a salon.

It appears that you have me on an auto delivery with a textured hairspray. I didn’t order it. I don’t have an auto delivery! I don’t want it! It’s so hard to reach anyone via phone, now I have to go through the hassle of returning the items?! I think this is the 2nd or 3rd can. Please STOP STOP STOP!!!

I love the tools I have purchased. The heated brush, the curling flat iron and the halo blow dryer work perfectly for me!!

I love all the products I have…..ONLY suggestion would be to make the bottles travel size….even though it’s barely larger than the TSA approved size, the agent still took my brand new (left sealed shut to improve my odds) bottle of the Salt & Sea texture spray 😡🤦🏼‍♀️

Very hard to handle and curl hair. I would not buy this again and would not recommend it.

The ability to communicate with L’ange was extremely difficult. I had issues with shipping and tried multiple times to get on their web site which offered absolutely no assistance on where my shipment was. So I sent 2 emails to customer service with no response. Finally about 3 days later I received an email but nothing about my earlier inquiries. My Glam Wave does not seem to be operating properly. When I push on the power button it is unresponsive and takes multiple attempts. I thought about contacting customer service but I have no confidence that they would respond.

The products I have used are great. I wish there was more product in the bottles, but I understand the need to make a profit and since they are good, people will buy them at any price
