First time I was going to order I texted but did not get a response for several days. I ordered anyway bc I found what I needed to know after much searching. I ordered and my order came but my item did not work I contacted customer service and they shipped a new one immediately. I was shocked. I had pics, etc and they did not ask me to email them. Just shipped it. How amazing I felt to be treated with awesome customer service. Then I received my item with the products and I was again amazed at how well I loved my knew flat iron and the products. Thanks for having an amazing customer service staff that knows how to treat a customer. Things happen but it is absolutely how a company handles it and your staff handled it 1000%!!!!

Product is very nice and the price is great too!

They were spot on time my blow dryer brush gave out one year from the time I bought it and they had no problem. I sent a video and I explained no problem. Sending me one back. I got it within three days. I am very, very happy with the customer service and delivery and the product love love love lange’

I love the L’Ange Dream Wave. It turns my fine, corse hair into smooth, bouncy loose curls. The products are really good too.

I love all the products and the price for sales are great and the timely delivery makes it even better.

I like the power and performance of both machines—they work very well. My only complaint is the placement of the buttons. I constantly accidentally turn off the blow dryer and wand brush while using them. Moving the controls to a less accessible spot would make a big difference.

After a lost item, stalled shipping process on my paid order, waiting weeks, I have to say you made it right and finally received my item within a couple days.

This company and their products are wonderful. I have several hair products and they all work very well. I would not hesitate to order from them. They also have great customer support is needed! Five star rating for these guys!

I placed an order for hair products and when I didn’t receive the items within seven days, I reached out to a representative who told me there was an issue with delivering. (I found it frustrating that no one contacted me with this supposed delivery issue.). She was going to resend my order to me. After another seven days of no tracking information and no products I reached out again to another representative. She told me they had a lot of orders recently and we’re having issues with delivery. I think 14 days of waiting for products is unreasonable. I canceled my order. Maybe likely will not order from this company again.
