Absolute con. If I could score less I would. PAID £20.00 and no documents received. How can this company still be getting away with this! Unfortunately I did not check reviews on this site and thought it was the official land registery site.

Excellent Service
I have had to call the Land registry 3 times in the last month regards the sale of my property with a small boundary error. I appreciate they have a limited amount of staff working from home and restricted working hours. However each time I have spoken to the ladies they have been very empathetic to my situation. Karen and Lisa are a credit to the company and have helped me move forward with the information I have needed.
I have worked out now, that the solicitor I am using is clearly not doing right by us and they are the ones holding up the sale, as they are not following the new lockdown policies when contacting the land registry, this causing significant delays.

I'm sorry to say that I did not get the information I requested and paid for from this agency. I gave them the post code of the property concerned but they sent me irrelevant details of a neighbouring postcode. My repeated requests for the correct information were ignored - a waste of time and money!

Paid for a search that had a prefix of 2 letters, they sent me a property detail 230 miles away that was unrelated. Tried to contact them and wrote 4 times in detail but no response from them. They are uncontactable by phone but I will find where they are and make every effort to recover my losses. They are a complete waste of time and you should go to the HM gov web site and save as well as get results.

A waste of money, ordered info on 21st May (now 7th July) and no confirmation email or information paid for.
Impossible to contact, tried their trace an order app which did give me the order number I should have received on 23rd May.
They refused to accept the current name of the house I wanted info on, which was changed several years ago and on the Google map (5 years out of date) it is impossible to pinpoint the property due to the poor resolution.
And Google has several house names and business locations wrong within a short section of the road I live on.

I'm glad I found this site, was just about to pay £22 to these con artists! luckily I did a quick google before entering my payment details. found the information I was after at the gov.uk website, for a lot less.

I have just lost £22.
They sent me the wrong information & there is no way to contact them.
It say click on a link to query an existing order but it either goes around in a loop or goes to page "404" not known.
If you have a general query you can pay an extra £19 to contact them.
There is no telephone number or email address to contact them.
It is obviously a con.
Also I have now found that the Land Registry do it much cheaper!
