Shocking
We used Landmark Global for years to send DDP parcels to Belgium via Transglobal Express. Then they started to automatically send parcels back, because they didn't have an IOSS number (which you didn't need) and then hold onto the parcels for 2 weeks, before bothering to let Transglobal Express know. Then they did nothing to resolve the problem and didn't even apologise. When I contacted them to complain, they did nothing and instead complained about us to Transglobal and got our account terminated. And still haven't resolved the problems!!
Extremely Delayed Shipment – No Updates Since August 19th
I am very disappointed with my experience. My parcel with tracking number LTN391452153N1 has not moved since August 19th. The last update only shows “Customs information transmitted / Tendered to International Gateway,” but there has been no further tracking or delivery progress.
It has now been several weeks without any transparency or clear information about where my package is or when I can expect it. Customer service is unhelpful, and the lack of updates is unacceptable for an international shipment (We are the september 10)

Ordered item from Amazon.ca on 26AUG. Shipper was Landmark Global. Item tracking only showed Shipped with no date. Then status showed item returned for 'following reasons: damaged in transit, carrier could not locate your address or refused by recipient. Last two reasons are not valid nor true. Then only reason would be damaged in transit. Of the many items and many years of ordering items on Amazon , damage in transit has never happened to me Then a refund was automatically issued on 01SEP with a note Return on 03SEP. I have another order being delivered by Landmark. Let's see if this delivers.

This shipping company received the item I ordered on August 6th, for delivery from UK to Ireland. Two weeks+ (it has not arrived yet) for a UK-Ireland delivery in 2025 defies belief.
The merchant has been informed about this issue already and stated they would have it investigated.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my shipment with tracking number LTN388814048.
My original order was placed in June and shipped with Landmark Global, but it never showed any updates. The seller resent the order in July, yet this shipment has now been stuck in Belgium, even though the destination is Colombia. The tracking history shows movements through several other countries, which makes no sense for the intended delivery route.
This is now the second month without fulfillment of the delivery. The store has redirected me to contact Landmark Global directly, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of efficiency, communication, and proper handling of my shipment.
Please provide a prompt and clear response to this case, including the exact location of my package and a specific delivery date. This level of service is unacceptable.
Landmark is a disaster
I ordered from an excellent vendor via Amazon on July 16. Amazon chose Landmark to deliver the item. The item went from Salt Lake City USA to Surrey, Canada in 3 days. It has sat in Surrey since July 22. Today is August 8. Landmark gives no further delivery date so I have reordered thid part via another carrier and am having trouble getting a refund.This company is not competant. I have also complained to Amazon. No response yet. Do not use Landmark.

So no issues at all with Landmark, you guys are great! The connected courrier DHL is terrible. Shipment 3SBPB0009148852 will be returned to sender. Case number is 35754141. According to courrier, address is unknown which is bs. Can someone redirect this shipment en route again to my address??
Absolute Incompetence
absolute incompetence. first order was sent back to retailer without any explanation, second re-order was stuck in transit, most probably lost my parcel. Email inquiry was unresponsive, retailer opened up a claim, unresponsive as well, i was issued a refund. Disappointing.

Please avoid this shipping “service”. I ordered a very expensive dress for my wedding after party and it’s been missing for over 2 weeks. It’s being sent from Belgium to Ireland- and apparently left Belgium Saturday last week by plane and it has still not arrived (one full week later). Customer service is terrible. In the latest email they said “we are unable to give you a date of arrival” which I thought was their whole f’ing job. I had no option but to go with this courier as it’s who the Seller uses (Matters Store). But please avoid if possible - you get better service from SHEIN delivery partners!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! My package LTN384614550 has been lost for over 20 days. I contacted the seller, who told me that if there are no updates on your site, it means the package is lost. Just look at all the negative comments about Landmark, I don’t understand how this company is still in business. Don’t tell me to contact the seller because I already did, and don’t say you have no updates, of course you don’t, since you lose customers packages. What a complete waste of time.

According to the latest tracking information EC215044065BE, the parcel was processed and marked as "Departure to destination country" on 9 July 2025, and later shows customs information transmitted on 15 July 2025 in Machelen, Belgium. However, there has been no further update since then, and the package has not yet arrived in Tunisia.

Where on earth is my parcel? Tracking number LTN384581314 It’s been more than a week and has not moved since the 16th July 2025. I’ve been trying endlessly to contact customer service to no avail. This is the first time I’ve experienced such horrible mailing service. It’s very expensive and it’s an important parcel you better not have lost it.
Update: I have received my parcel. However be warned, they are incredibly hard to reach. 0 customer service and you’ll have to just wait… best to contact seller directly. They are incompetent
