My order is "shipped" on the 17th March. Estimated delivery 23rd to 31st of March. NO update, no knowledge is package has left port, or is on it´s way to Europe. No further information where or when package will be delivered.

No progress on a shipment
I ordered from Fanatics on 17th February 26 who provided an estimated delivery date of between 24th February and 4th March. I appreciate that delays happen but this still shows as data received let alone being in the process of being shipped. The second shipment on the order was processed later and has been delivered (Fanatics sent that one via DHL).

No wonder they have terrible reviews
I've ONLY ever had two items lost and they both we're with Landmark. When you try to get an update you'll just repeatedly get canned responses like this: "I hope this message finds you well.
The merchant associated with your order has chosen a specific shipping service product that does not provide tracking information once it leaves Landmark Global's network. The final delivery of this order is being handled by the local postal service. If you have not yet received your parcel, please contact the seller directly to obtain further information." with no update my item shipped Feb 4th (LTN433367555) and this is the only answer I've ever gotten. If you deal with a business that uses Landmark, don't do business with them. I will never order from MLBShop.com and will be asking all my future orders for ANYTHING if they use Landmark, if they do I'm going elsewhere.

Awful business no updates delayed delivery no communication nothing. Im unsure how this is a viable business tbh. Would steer clear if you have a choice. Remember buy cheap buy twice!

Order Never Received.
Ordered from Amazon. Landmark was the shipper. Item never arrived in Belgium. Updates were never given. It was delayed in shipping for 3 weeks. Never made it. Re-ordered item from Amazon, again sending to Belgium. Order once again delayed in shipping. Recipient never got the item. Attempted contact. *crickets*
Moving forward, I will never order any items that use this company.

I had the option to leave instructions…
I specifically requested that my parcel be left on the porch when I had the option to provide delivery instructions, but the delivery driver completely disregarded this request despite a clear sign on the door. Not only did the driver fail to knock or ring the doorbell, but they also left the parcel exposed on the front step during a snowstorm. I have photographic evidence of the delivery and believe it's essential for drivers to receive proper training on delivering parcels with care and consideration.

I would give a zero if I could. They made NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER, and then lied on the tracking and said CUSTOMER REFUSED DELIVERY. My package was returned to sender.

No updates for more than a MONTH
Ordered from Fanatics on 31 december 2025, estimated arrival between 16-30 January. It's already 15 days late. On January 12 the last update was "Exported from the departure country". It's been over a month since the last update. What's going on?

What a terrible 'company', if you can even call it that. Two packages--departing the US and bound for Europe, totalling over $400 after shipping and prepaid customs--are apparently "frozen" in NY since Feb. 3rd. How do you lose two packages at the same time? And who'll be held accountable for it?

Useless
I sent a parcel from France to the US. CC230106408BE Is the tracking. The info says the recipient was notified when it arrived at the customs. Which is false. Then the parcel shows as in transit in Cheektowaga since the 30th of January. No news since. The recipient contacted global landmarks who just told him it was lost and to contact me, the seller, for a refund. Wtf?! Not even trying to locate it ?!

Awful company
Awful company. Had a 500$ order go through them and they lost it immediately. Never even got scanned in even though it was picked up. Honestly seems to be a trend that expensive packages do not make it to their final destination. If you have an expensive order that they are going to ship through this company just cancel the order cause your never going to get it from them.

Guy didn’t even come to my front door took a dodgy photo of my garden saying he delivered it , I have a ring camera and other camera showing him not even giving the package. They are a scam and frauds deserve to be shut down

Delivery delay
My parcel (No: LTN424021500) th was reshipped from France to Algeria on December 18, 2025.
However, the tracking information shows no progress updates for my package since December 25, 2025.
