Superb communication. When you actually need to speak to someone they help. They assign someone to to your order which was Michael for me from start to finish. He got back to any emails within an hour an was available on the phone. More companies should take a leaf our of their book. Bravo
I've had a nice experience shopping with Lamp Genius. They had a good selection of products and competitive pricing as well. I was offered alternative courier (DPD rather than FedEx which has trouble delivering to our area) and when I had a problem with the order, it was resolved in a helpful and understanding manner.
Item as described and high quality. Only suggestion would be to use DPD over Fedex.

Nice website which was simple to find light bulbs etc for the ceiling light i wanted. Received order fast around 4 days after ordering. Delivery was DPD which was kept me informed. I would use again nice quality of lights.
