I was one of the original Kickstarter backers and looked forward to my bag for months and months a few years ago. When it originally arrived, I absolutely loved it and showed it off a lot! I very quickly had problems with the zippers (not zipping, opening in the middle, etc.) and reported it to them promptly. Delightfully, customer service was great for me and they replaced the bag pretty quickly with one that seemed to work better.

Unfortunately, that second one also pretty quickly started having zipper problems, also not closing at least half the time. Sadly it was further away from when I had originally gotten when they started happening (although certainly significantly less than a year), and I had started using that one only for conference trips with the more broken original one that barely closed at all for daily work, so I didn't get it replaced again. That was short-sighted of me because now I just have two bags that are beautiful and could be functional, but don't close.

I love the concept and have considered buying a new one in Air size, but fear it due to this zipper experience. Also would like different color options in the Air size, such as the chocolate one, since the Santorini is pretty but Im reluctant to pay premium prices for canvas that is likely to look dirty pretty quickly.

Not every item is perfect—maybe I’m just picky—but their products are generally excellent. This was my third purchase. I chose the Petit M this time because I previously bought a Coffee Saffiano bag and loved the brown leather, so I wanted another bag in the same chestnut-colored leather for my collection.

I really appreciate La Mansio bags and accessories. I first supported them via their Kickstarter campaign and kept ordering because my original bag lasted a long time. My latest purchase was the Tote, and it’s impressive how the add-ons from my previous bag fit perfectly inside it. Even the magnets in the laptop case work seamlessly with the new tote, showing careful attention to compatibility without pushing extra purchases.

The bag looks exactly like it does in the advertisements. The quality, leather texture, design, and interior space are all outstanding. It’s beautifully crafted, feels sturdy, elegant, and very well made.

I saw some comments saying it was “too big,” but if you actually read the measurements listed, the bag is exactly the size advertised. Personally, I find it perfect — spacious, practical, and not oversized at all.

I placed my pre-order on December 31st, close to midnight. I received my first update on January 15th, which is completely understandable given the holiday season. From the moment shipping was updated, delivery took about 18 days, which honestly exceeded my expectations, especially after reading reviews mentioning waits of several months. In total, my wait time was just over 30 days, which I find very reasonable.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. The product exceeded my expectations, and although communication was limited due to the season, responses were within a reasonable timeframe.

I’ve used many organizer-style bags, and most fail to deliver on their promises. I’m not sure how it would be without the add-ons, but I chose the Full Pack and it meets my needs perfectly since the laptop case provides plenty of extra pockets for items like notepads, cables, and my iPad.
