Fantastic customer service!
I've a 15 year old Lakes shower enclosure and needed a replacement door wheel set. From placing my enquiry on Tuesday, I was contacted by Connie yesterday, and the item was delivered this morning. All sorted in two days!

Have owned a Lakes walk in shower fo approximately 3 years and the metal that holds the screens has discoloured and deteriorated .
On contacting Lakes regarding the lifetime guarantee lm told that if you use store brand cleaning products the guarantee becomes null and void .
You should only use White vinegar and water ( it’s in the small print) and who would go to that trouble .
Buy Lakes products if your prepared not to use conventional cleaning methods

Outstanding service
I reported a fault with my shower door - a top roller on the door had sheared off. This was dealt with very efficiently by Craig in the service desk, despite many engineers being on furlough, within two hours John the engineer visited my home and replaced all of the rollers! Lakes guarantee is outstanding and I congratulate the company on their response to my report. Neil from Nuneaton

Long time to deliver, received 2 requests for feedback before delivery.
Was told that the item was standard, it isn't. Not possible to replace the defective item without modification
