Good products - solidly built of nice, substantial glass. The parts all fitted easily together. But it's the customer service that really impressed. Had a problem and a replacement was offered without quibble. It was even available the same day. Exactly what you need when you only have one shower!

Good product to remove limescale stains on glass shower doors. Would be useful if they indicated exactly how much of the final product to use to coat the doors.

The delivery arrived that quick I couldn't believe it.

Seal was great, however the ends caps for the seal were different than the original ones and didn’t work.

Expensive bit of flexible shower kit. We’ve tried cheaper options but they are not as good as this from Lakes. Miles better solution.

Our shower is excellent and delivery superb.

After twelve months of several returns by the fitters, our Lakes shower and tray is still leaking.
It looks tatty, the coated glass is no longer clear, most of the 'metal' is coated plastic.

Quick service and delivery within a couple of days. Pricey product but will last for a couple of years. Coating gives up to 6 months protection.
