Recently my husband bought a cartier watch for me which I was involved in the process. Our dealings with the staff, predominantly Chris Smiley, were very professional and exceptional. The experience meant when we would consider buying again we would go back to Laings.

Laings were wonderful!
A Google search of a particular watch led me to Laing's, who were offering it at a great price pre-owned.
Kimberly was very helpful stating the Omega DeVille Tresor was actually an ex-display piece, making the purchase even more enticing!
The watch was extremely well packaged and sent special delivery. Even the note of appreciation smelled beautiful!
