I wont go anywhere else after buying from Laings
I tentatively bought a diamond ring online after much deliberation and homework. I decided to buy from Laings and from the very first step it was seamless and easy. After my purchase, that same day I received a courtesy call confirming my delivery and the whole process gave a really warm personal feel talking to a human when so many other retailers don’t give this service online.
The ring arrived in two days, very securely packaged in a laings detailed parcel bursting with scented packing and beautifully presented in another Laings monogrammed box. The ring itself (Also within a lovely felt gift box) was absolutely stunning and considerably more Crystal clear than the photos suggested! Together with a lovely hand written note thanking me for my purchase was the documentation for the diamond.
I won’t go anywhere else before first looking at purchasing from Laings.

Pre Christmas visit
Been a customer at Laing’s for a few years now and have always found the staff approachable and courteous. Their knowledge of the product range, be it watches or jewellery is excellent. The new store has enhanced the buying experience and I would highly recommend.

Laings Glasgow Christmas Evening
Being a client of Laings, you’re treated like family and not just a financial transaction.
The level of customer service goes beyond anything I’ve experienced before and they genuinely care about you and take the time to make you feel welcomed.
Myself and my wife were invited to a Christmas evening where we were able to try on pieces of jewellery and browse various watches to which my wife fell in love with earrings and a bracelet but in no way were we made to feel obligated to purchase anything through the evening which is a testament to why Laings value their clients over transactions.
Dan has always provided excellent service for all my watch purchases and my wife’s jewellery purchases and he’s a massive asset to the company.

We as a family have dealt with Laings in Glasgow over many years. The experience over the years has been excellent and this is all down to Heather Swan. She makes every purchase extra special and she is the reason we keep coming back. Every single purchase has been exquisite and we hope to keep coming back for many years to come.. My wife is disabled. She arrived on her own and said that the staff at Laings, Buchannan Street could not have been more welcoming and helpful, from opening the doors for her, showing her to a private room to wait for me, and then providing us with lovely hot drinks on a cold wintry afternoon. Peter Mcnie had called her to confirm that her watch had arrived and to set up a visit. Peter gave us a wealth of information about the watch, demonstrating various settings and ensuring that we were happy with everything. This was a special purchase for my wife, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with Laings, thank you for making my wife feel like a valued customer from start to finish.

Incredible Service Everytime

Great team and service
I popped into Omega Cardiff to drop off a vintage Omega for servicing and repair, and what should have been a simple visit turned into an absolute delight thanks to Lewis and Suz. They were genuine good sports from the moment I walked in, friendly, knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm. Their passion for the brand really shines through, and before long they’d somehow turned my quick errand into a fun, relaxed chat… which ended in another purchase I’m absolutely thrilled with!
