I love the beautiful classy runners I got from Lady melia, very unusual. A bit narrow in width but I am sure they will stretch in time. I can wear them to the gym,or dress up casual. A great reduction in price, packaged very well. Fast delivery received them just before Christmas I didn't expect them until the New year, what a surprise! Thank you so much. Excellent quality too.

Awful rude customer service
Awful rude customer service. Ordered 2 items that the website stated clearly that if ordered before midday they would be shipped out the same day. A week later by no goods. A quick phone call to check out the delivery, and was bombarded with rudeness. Don’t buy from these unprofessional operators

An excellent service
An excellent service. Jacket was too small that I ordered. I rang Lady Melia to arrange an exchange to the bigger size, sending back the smaller one and I had the jacket within a couple of days. I would highly recommend. The jacket was perfect.
