The item is as described and it has been delivered as promised the next day. The cost of postage is on a higher end and the LV trainers I purchased where just put in an average box in the plastic bag.... See more

Sold a couple of items now. Quick and easy. Highly recommend.
Not received anything
I’ve sent them 2 jumpers and still
Haven’t not received any confirmation or money sent to my account and feels like I’ve been robbed
Avoid! - response to their reply
This is my response to your reply to my review and what appears to be an attempt at damage control.
I will not be allowing this matter to be minimised or reframed.
For clarity, the bag has now been authenticated by Bababebi, widely regarded within the Hermès resale market as one of the most trusted specialist authenticators for Hermès. This directly challenges the implication that your Entrupy result is definitive or beyond question.
More importantly, I have clear photographic evidence of the bag’s condition prior to sending it to you. I took detailed photographs before dispatch, and these were provided to you via WhatsApp on Wednesday 11th. Those images show the bag without the creasing that is now present.
There are now visible creases on the leather. You are fully aware that structural creasing on a Mini Kelly directly impacts resale value. In the Hermès secondary market, condition is everything. This is not a “minor handling mark”. It is damage that affects value.
You continue to reference shipping costs and the Entrupy fee as though they are concessions. I have requested the shipping invoice you repeatedly rely upon, and it has not been provided. I will not let you keep using this against me, as it is now the 5th time you have tried to use it against me.
You state you are happy to address matters directly. I emailed and sent WhatsApp messages on Wednesday 11th and received no response. I have screenshots confirming this. It is not accurate to claim openness to resolution while ignoring communication.
Regarding packaging, placing a box inside another box without proper protective material such as bubble wrap does not amount to secure packaging for a high-value luxury item. Transit risk does not remove your duty of care while the item is under your control.
The position is simple: the bag left me in one condition and returned in another. I have proof of that.
I will not be letting this matter go.
Insulting Offer – Don’t Waste Your Time
sent images of my almost‑new Canada Goose jacket to three companies. Two of them came back with sensible, fair offers. This company, however, offered a figure that was frankly insulting — over £130 lower than the others.
I fully understand they’re under no obligation to buy my item, but if they’re not interested, a simple email saying so would be far more respectful than sending such a lowball offer.
The experience has annoyed me enough to leave this review. Don’t waste your time here — there are far better companies out there, such as Common Cultured, who actually give realistic prices.

Don’t waste your time
Sent them multiple designer bags, shoes and accessories. Some brand new in box The offer prices were an insult. Don’t waste your time if you want a decent offer for your designer items. I understand they need to make a profit however the offer prices are ridiculous.

Underhanded system
The first time I sent a bag they offered an okay price it was A well kept Louis Vuitton Alma they received it they
repriced it extremely low asked for it back. My niece took it to a London store they gave her over £500 . I sent last week a lovely Mulberry Bayswater in really good condition I look after my bag again they reduced by 2/3 thirds and offering £50 so insulting and now asking £20 to return it ……they don’t address my complaints any reputable firm would do ….as I declared the condition and sent ample pictures they should return without post able cost. They make up the rules ……because this has angered me the underhanded ploy to make money out of postage. Royal Mail charge £5 to 7 tracked delivery. They have had more complaints than compliments. I would urge you not to use them a company that doesn’t address complaints is not a trusted one.
Bag wasn’t in great condition
Bag wasn’t in great condition, mildew and has left behind a strong smell even after cleaning. No mention of this online either. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
