Poor experience as company avoids issuing refund

I have been trying to get a refund from this company for some weeks now. Despite providing proof of return postage and evidence the item was signed for on receipt at their warehouse they have now stopped responding to my emails. I have now had to raise a charge back case through my credit card company to get my money back. I therefore advise caution when considering spending your hard earned cash with this company as their customer service approach may leave you out of pocket.
